The same thing has happened twice to me with the online store. Order and there are emails immediately about “delays” I have then emailed to cancel with no reply for days only replying when the delivery is made (too late).
Funnily enough the same email replies quickly when delivered and you can’t stop the delivery.
So I would not use them again. Poor service and Lindt isn’t the best chocolate anyway!
