The same thing has happened twice to me…

The same thing has happened twice to me with the online store. Order and there are emails immediately about “delays” I have then emailed to cancel with no reply for days only replying when the delivery is made (too late).

Funnily enough the same email replies quickly when delivered and you can’t stop the delivery.

So I would not use them again. Poor service and Lindt isn’t the best chocolate anyway!

Lindt Christmas advent calendar is disappointing

Received a Lindt advent calendar as a gift in Sydney. Although I love Lindt chocolate I was very disappointed with the amount of chocolate in each daily door. Also looked up the price after I saw the size and do not think it is worth the amount charged.

I would not recommend this product - especially as a gift buy regular size!

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company. Took my $200 order on the 7th Feb and then i hear nothing for 10 days. I email them and 2 days later get a reply saying the chocolate i have ordered is out of stock. I would not order from these guys again. Great chocolate TERRIBLE service!
