Would rate lower if I could

Would rate lower if I could. Bought an item during their sale. Saw in the FAQ it could take 5-7 business days to ship out. Okay no worries - I bet they get a ton of orders. 3 weeks later now and 3 emails sent to their team, items are MIA and I still have not heard from anyone!

Had a friend who ordered around the same time also have issues with getting their order, they reached out and the company is claiming that they “sent her a bulk email to let her know that there would be a delay in order because it is out of stock”. She never got this email and they are claiming it must have been a faulty system - wondering how many people out there were effected by this?!

Horrible business practices they have there.

Deceptive business practices

Deceptive business practices? They had a sale 50% off so I ordered a bunch of product to try some different styles. I scoured their website to make sure they were returnable before committing only to find out after I received them I can only exchange suits. Who does that?! I’ve attempted to email them multiple times but have gotten no reply. I looked at exchanging a few items since I can’t get a refund and get this, the ones I’ve purchased and want to exchange for a different size I have to pay full price on!

I will not be ordering from this site again and warning all my friends to steer clear.
