I attend this restaurant on a regular basis and I have never had any problems. Staff are always very attentive and friendly. I find the food to be of a high standard and there is an extensive range of dishes on the menu. I tend to dine early as i enjoy the quiet and the surroundings. I never feel rushed and i can enjoy a couple of drinks before i order. I have also attended when it is busier and the atmosphere is still pleasant and enjoyable. The restaurant appears very clean and the fitting all appear fresh and in good condition. I like the decor which is not over-the-top. This is a good place to bring families; children appear to be catered for very well too. I have no reservation in giving Lime five stars and i will continue to dine here.

RUDE AND ARRANGANT STAFF!

It took them over an hour to bring the food out. when I raised this with a illiterate looking Manager, he just shrugged his shoulder and said we are a very popular place, if you want to eat here you have to wait. Disgusting level of Customer Service!

The bill came £150 between 5 of us, so when we decided to split the bill and pay by card individually we were also charged 75p surcharge for using our cards even though we paid £30 each using a Debit card. I know its a small charge but I think it's ridiculous considering how much the total bill was.

I would most certainly not return there for a curry and would not recommend it to anyone!
