Refused to give me my bought and paid for products or a refund

After placing an order, the shop contacted me to tell me they were out of stock and asked if I wanted a different product instead. I declined and requested a refund. To this, I was informed they couldn’t offer me a full refund and would be subtracting an admin fee from the order. I again declined this and requested a refund in full as they could not honour my order. They stopped replying to messages, and to date I have not received a refund or the ordered products. I would highly recommend avoiding due to their seemingly rude, fraudulent and entitled business practices.
