Shoes arrived but we’re ill fitting - in my view not the size 13 they’re advertised at. The only realistic option I was given was a 10% refund. I’ve had to accept that and will give the shoes to a local Charity shop. I did award one star for the fact that they replied to my complaint quickly. However clearly I won’t be shopping with them again. I should have read TrustPilot first!
