Absolutely brilliant battery operated…
Absolutely brilliant battery operated candles, and made with real wax.
I have used battery candles for safety reasons for years and my old ones were using up power quickly. These defiantly are lasting longer and great for winter months o timers.
Will be ordering again soon

I love these lights
I love these lights, they're just what I was looking for. The candles look realistic, priced fairly, and I don't have to get the electrician in to lay cables which is an added bonus. The remote is handy too. Love this company, they have such fabulous products to make your home cosy. 5*

Lighted Reindeer decoration. Delivery was quick and as I instructed where to leave.
Delivery was quick and as I instructed if not at home, where to place the parcel.
I have not said anything more because I have not taken the animal out to check all the parts and lights. I can give you a review later if you would like that. It is too difficult for me to lift the animal out and assemble it. Someone will do that for me later in November when I get my garden ready for lights over Xmas. I am sure your parcel will have no fault.

Another great purchase.
I have bought from this company before and I had been pleased with my lights. Therefore when my daughter asked me where I’d got my lights from as she wanted the same, I had no hesitation to find the same lights on your website and order them. Even better they were on special offer! My daughter is super happy with her lights after they arrived after only 3 days after ordering and were packaged up carefully.

Replacement of broken items
I ordered three flame effect lanterns and three Tru glow candles. Unfortunately on arrival one candle was marked and 2 lanterns were broken but this I suspect happened during transit. I explained to customer services that my order was for a gift and it was disappointing to receive damaged goods. Replacement items were sent to me very quickly at no cost to me. This was very much appreciated and I am impressed by the service given to sort it out. Thankyou.
