I recently purchased soffit downlights from Lighting Styles Ltd and was very pleased with both the quality of the product and the competitive pricing. What truly sets a company apart, however, is not just good products and prices, but how they respond when something goes wrong.

In my case, one of the fittings was faulty, and Barry at Lighting Styles handled the issue swiftly and professionally. A replacement was dispatched immediately without any hassle, and the communication throughout was excellent.

This kind of support and willingness to resolve problems is what makes a supplier stand out. I would happily recommend Lighting Styles Ltd for both their products and their outstanding customer service.

I ordered a pendant light and whilst trying to fit it, realised that a gasket was missing. Barry contacted the manufacturing company for the missing part which I ended up received within days.
So impressed by the quality of Lighting Styles' customer service and their product, that I ended up buying more from their website. Refreshing to deal with a company that cares and provides quality products - Thank you Barry!

Worlds best customer service.

I had a small hiccough with my order and when I contacted the firm, they resolved the issue immediately. I can honestly say I have never had such good aftersales customer service with any other company or organisation. Excellent and extremely apologetic.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I tried to order two pendant lights from the website, unfortunately I could only put one in my basket. I telephoned and spoke to Matt, explaining my predicament. Matt said the light was out of stock but took my number and said he would look into it for me. Matt called me back 10 mins later, offered me the display light for free and threw in two lightbulbs! The lights was delivered within two days and I love them, you cannot even tell what one was the display light. I can honestly say that I have never been on the receiving end of such excellent customer service I will definitely shop at Lighting Styles again!

Absolutely no need the wireless table lamps were beautiful, the quality was first class, they were packaged really well and included good clear instructions. Arrived 2/3 days after ordering much better than a competitor and at a better price. Thank you, will definitely order again😁

The website is wonderful with a huge range of lights to choose from online, ranging from budget options to stunning high-end fittings. As I live locally, I visited the small showroom in person as I needed a few lights in a hurry and was feeling indecisive! Jon who dealt with me was amazingly brilliant in advising me on choices and checking stock. I have no doubt, particularly after reading other reviews, that this exceptional level of customer service runs throughout the company. Would not hesitate to recommend unreservedly! Absolutely excellent customer service. Bought an outside light some time ago but I had lost my receipt/invoice. Having asked if they could help, they requested photos and immediately took up with their supplier who happened to be in Spain. Within 24 hours had a positive response and replacement provided within 48 hours. Very helpful and positive agent helped me with all of this. Could not ask for more and such a refreshing change. Highly recommended.

I do not normally give reviews but this company is an exception. The advice and service given is second to none. I rang and emailed them several times with detailed technical questions and had excellent and prompt responses. Prices are competitive and delivery was far better than expected. An excellent company.

Fantastic service all round. I initially sent an enquiry through as a private householder looking for a solution to a lighting issue I had. I got a brilliant response, which resulted in me sending sketches through of my kitchen and the issue and was given a solution that worked for me. This company went above and beyond for what was only a £65 sale for them. Highly recommended.

The Lighting Styles website has a massive selection of lights of all possible styles and price ranges. We found one for our bedroom and having contacted Julie it was delivered within just 2 days. Great service!
