The worst company I think I’ve ever bought from
The worst company I think I’ve ever come across. Spent over £3,000 on about 7 different lights, one of which was £2,000 and came completely smashed up. I had to threaten my consumer rights to get a full refund and this was after several emails of them attempting to offer me more and more money off it instead of a refund. At one point they even asked me to smash it up even more so they knew I couldn’t resale it. I’ve never known anything like it!!!! Yesterday we had our electrician in to fit some of the other lights. One has a blue led light flaw and I bought 3 wall lights that are far too heavy for the base plates they’ve provided and so they tilt from the walls. Basically everything we’ve bought has just been a pile of sh*t and really low quality made from china. Took months to arrive and nothing has been of good quality and certainly not worth the prices. I wouldn’t even pay £20 for them and we were silly enough to pay thousands to this company. They take no responsibility and just try to give you discounts which also goes to show how much they are obviously overcharging for the price it actually costs to make. AVOID this company and buy somewhere else if you don’t want a massive stress and a legal fight to get your money back. I’m still trying to get my money back for the other rubbish they’ve sent but they are currently blaming my qualified electrician!!! Joke!
