I would give you 0 stars if I could! This is just a scam. After MANY Month we finally resieved the lamp, and it’s not even assembled. There has been written numbers on the “lamp plates“ this is the (PH artichoke lamp), but that doesn’t help a lot when 2 of the numbers are missing! AND we didn’t even get any Manuel. So now after many many months, we finally got the lamp that we can’t even use. You don’t answer on e-mail, can’t find any number. this is very sad to use that amount of money on NOTHING.

Cant' fault them. Probably not always the cheapest site but you get a prompt service and knowledgeable advice by email, if necessary

ordered light only to be refunded several days later due to ones in stock being broken and no future stock due to discontinuation. 2 stars for prompt refund but wasted alot time selecting light if only they had better understanding of stock could have been avoided

This chandelier was described as having crystal beads and the rest acrylic. However everything is made of acrylic, including the beads, which have clearly visible casting nodules on them. The main body must have been dropped at some point so that one piece had cracked and come away from another. I have put it y”together and it looks OK but is not worth the price paid, let alone the RRP!

Ordered a lamp which stated it was in stock. I was later informed that it wasn’t. I then chose another lamp but was informed later that the only one in stock was faulty! Sorry, but you did ask for my revue!!

Very pleased with the product. The service was also excellent.

We thought these types of lamps with LEDs were generally pretty expensive, especially as the LED strips they use are quite cheap to buy...but their prices now well exceed the halogen lamps versions...

Anyway, that aside, we ordered one and it turned up about a week later...very well packaged...inside three boxes...we opened and assembled the unit, which some might find tricky, but it went together ok...the lamps are fitted with a tiny plug that fits into an LED driver, which in turn plugs into a UK 3 pin socket...however the unit we got was fitted with a Euro Two Pin Plug, and a separate adapter for use in a 3 pin UK socket...and was pretty bulky...
when we tested the lamp it worked fine, so left it there... later that evening my wife turned it on and the lamp flashed and went out...several minutes of fiddling got it working, but irratically, so we decided to switch of (and the LED driver/plug was getting pretty hot), but it would not actually switch off...so we had to pull the plug...

I contacted the seller and advised of the problem, asking for details of their returns procedure. The6 responded next day, advising that the LED driver was most likely at fault and would send me a replacement... OK, I thought, we’ll give it a try...the new LED Driver arrived a day later, and was a different model, with three pins, designed for UK use...again, the tiny plug from the lamp plugs into it... we connected it and immediately the lamp worked as it should do...no flickering or irratic on/off of the main lamp... We have had no further problems so far, but the LED Driver does get warm when the lamp is on...probably due to the fact tha5 it is reducing the voltage from 240v down to almost nothing to run the Low voltage LEDs...

On the whole the lamp is well made but the LED driver issue should be solved for UK sales before they are dispatched to the UK...not afterwards when they don’t work well and/or fail.. And I still think £69.99 is too much for the lamp... a fairer price would be £45.00...

Easy purchase. Fast delivery. Would use this company again.
