I've bought a few lights from here and all have been amazing quality and just as pictured.
I had one issue with a product and the customer service was 100% - they replied so quickly and a replacement was with me the next day!

It was so easy to find what I wanted on your website and the ordering procedures was very simple. I am extremely pleased with the lamps which will look lovely in my lounge. They were very well packaged and arrived undamaged. I was also relieved to find that you use FedEx for delivery as they are so reliable. I placed an order for 6 items, at no point did the website say the ceiling light was out of stock. However I only received 5 items and so far the company have ignored my request for information regarding the ceiling light, I have requested they either refund or send the goods but I have had no response.

Really happy with my light. It looks great and arrived really quickly after ordering. I knew from a previous review that it was a European plug but it arrived with an EU to UK adapter plug so had no problem safely using it right away.
