Experienced staff and communication excellent throughout. We are very impressed with the shutters and are enjoying not having to pull down blinds but simply push the shutters to whatever position suits the weather such as not shutting out light but merely closing the shutter that blocks out direct sunlight.
Superb Service -Almost 9 years ago I purchased my door and it still receives compliments. The reason I have written this review is because the after service I have just received was exceptional. The phone is answered within a couple of rings, the service guy was out the same day, parts ordered and replaced 2 days later, now that is what I call exceptional service, what a team!
The team arrived on time, did the job efficiently and left the windows cleaner than they found them! They even cleaned seagull droppings off the exterior. 10 defective double glazing panes were replaced in under two hours. The price was very reasonable.
