Arrived broken, no response.
I bought a bathroom bulb directly (boycotting Amazon), it arrived in a crushed box, broken glass and powder from it inside. This was most probably down to the delivery, however, I took pictures and emailed the company. I only had one reply asking how I used it.
I heard nothing back for over a week despite two emails asking for a replacement.
In the end, I had to go through PayPal, who then forced the refund.

ordered two bulbs both turned up smashed .. Emailed them, about it over a week ago and havents heard a thing back.. Really poor to follow up.
