I did not have to wait long for an appointment. This tells me that your company realizes the people who need chair lifts, need them daily. Our technician, Luiz, was an amazing person, who troubleshooted, and fixed the problem, and was very personable as well. We are very grateful to have our chair left and working order again, especially since it's not just for the elderly gentleman in our home, but for the upcoming surgery for another family member who will need it soon. Thank you again

Efficient, pleasant and professional. He was able to get my chairlift working quieter than it was prior. He made sure I was able to operate the lift and park it before he left.

We planned our latest home renovation project with the intent to make our home more accessible to us. The upstairs room and bathroom had been inaccessible to my husband for years. The room and adjoining bathroom is now accessible and the new stairlift is "frosting on the cake" for my husband.

I had an urgent need for some mobility aids in my home as my wife was coming home from rehab. Thomas came the same day that I called and helped me assess her needs, then created the estimate and contract first thing the next morning. Then Kent was able to schedule the work in about half the usual lead time. He later improved on that by a day. Then came Damian, the installer. He came on time. Did the installation in a fine, professional, and friendly manner. He cleaned up every speck of debris from the work. Then surprise, as he was going to/from his truck, he noticed my door handle was loose and tightened it.
The ultimate judge is my wife. Prior to the start of the project, she stated she didn't want someone putting holes in the walls of her house. As soon as it was complete, she has taken advantage of the aids to get in/out of bed, to use the bathroom, and to walk up and down the few steps from the garage. Where she used to depend upon me to help her, she pushes my hand away and grabs the newly installed handrails.

I had the pleasure of working with Robert James as my technician, and he was exceptional. He was not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He took the time to answer all my questions and assured me that he would be available to help with any issues that might arise in the future. Robert even left his contact number, encouraging me to reach out anytime. His customer service truly stands out, and I really appreciate it.

Luis was on task from the moment he arrived. After the installation was completed, he demonstrated use of the Elite unit and then had me take "my first ride". He offered much information and continued to ask if I had any questions and left his phone number in case we needed to reach him for any reason. So glad to now have my unit for safety reasons and my physical limitations. Thank You-Mimi

Anthony Russo got back to me right away and was extremely helpful. He explained all of my options for a new stair lift and every step of the installation process.

We purchased a home with a Lifeway Mobility Chairlift. It has been like pulling teeth trying to get anyone to help us in the service department, the sales rep will only text us refers us to service, and our voicemails sit. When we call customer service they are very friendly to forward us to the service department who has no sense of urgency to return our calls. This lift is unusable and there is no accountability to address our issue. The equipment is quality- our issue is spare key- nobody seems to know how much it costs to order one and they can’t tell me when it will be in stock. I would advise against using this company. Despite all its awards and ratings- it’s the exact opposite experience I have received.

I had the stairlift installed July 2025 with a fold up track. The installation was flawless and I was extremely pleased with the results. After two hip fractures and one knee replacement it was great to be able to go up and down the stairs again. Then the end of January I experienced some minor hiccups with the remote control. Promptly a technician was sent to my home at my home to solve the problem. He fixed the problem and checked the whole system out insuring there were no other problems. This is a first-rate company.

Very efficient, knowledgeable. Understands the chairlift workings. A very good worker. Outstanding.

Our stairs were uneven and inconsistent in dimension but the installer improvised, figured it out and the chair works flawlessly.

It was such a great experience dealing with the entire Lifeway Mobility team. They were all super helpful and couldn't do enough for me. I highly recommend them and would definitely do business with them again. I also love the fact that the products are all American made.

I've researched 4 different lift companies. Although all were good, I felt that LifewayMobility was superior. Anthony, Barry and Madelyn were extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaning difference and pros/cons. Anthony Russo and staff should be commended. Thank you folks!

The staff (Office, Sales, & Installer) are very friendly, professional, & knowledgeable, Each took time to explain the processes in their area of expertise and make sure that I understood.
