Test good, customer service disappointing
I bought the test for a family member. The test itself was very good. The results came back quickly, and were comprehensive and informative. In fact, I bought a second test for another family member based on the usefulness of the first one. However, although I would have liked to purchase two more tests, because I was as not able to have the family discount as advertised on the website, and LifeLab employee Usman appears to have just dropped me instead of answering my question, I will not be purchasing more and have only left 3 stars … but this is due to disappointing customer service not the test itself.

After waiting 3-5 days, I did not receive my results (they may have been lost in spam mail). I contacted an agent using the 24/5 live chat, and Angel was extremely helpful.
