My today's experience
My today's experience:
Well I'm very disappointed, I'm aware that to cost of life in UK Test in £50 .
Sadly it turned to be £75 are the only available price in the next coming days why this abuse and taking advantage of people.
That's the way I see it and that's not acceptable please put it back to £50.
The cost should never ever change under any date time or any circumstances yeah !
"Life in the UK Test" Website is horrendous!!
The "lituktestbooking.co.uk" Website keeps crashing. No error handling, no notification, just an HTML Loader issue. This is very poor website design!!
As there is no other way to book a "Life in the UK Test", this makes it very hard to apply for a UK visa. Surely UK.gov should run this service.
SCAM!! third party, UNofficial website
SCAM!! third party, UNofficial website
A third-party agent that overcharges to book the life in UK test for you. Even when you cancel, they wouldn't refund the full amount but instead keep £10, claiming it's the administrative fees. I wish no one be scammed again.
Scam website
Scam website. They do not reply to emails and there is not contact number.
If I can give a a rate less than a star…
If I can give a a rate less than a star I will definitely go for that! They design the website that looks like the official one to fool people around and it shows up in Google search. You are paying £79 instead of £50 and I am definitely going to file a complaint for this scam! Avoid this rubbish
ZERO ASSISTANCE
Never Ever book with this fake company.
They design their website to look like the GOV.UK and charge extra.
No phone number to call.
Just ripping people off.
I booked until my preferred test date and never got a test date confirmation.
Overpriced - use official government website
Website looks like the government one, even their logo. They charge you £81 instead of £50 if booked via the government website for the same test. They charge a cancellation fee too. Don’t use them. Looks like a website intentionally set up to mislead and confuse people. I haven’t taken the test with them so can’t speak to that; I rebooked via the government website.
This is a scam website
This is a scam website. Find the official one through the government's page!!!

I don't reccomend this website to…
I don't reccomend this website to anyone.
Having paid the first month, I cancelled and didn't have any access to the tests I paid for.
Tried to contact support, they didn't get back to me.
Avoid booking with this company
Avoid booking with this company; it's a scam! I was misled, thinking I was using the official government website due to their similar logos. They charge £79, whereas booking directly on the government site costs £50 for the same service. Contrary to their claims, you don't receive immediate results, and they falsely promise verbal results and an URN number at the test centre. I'm still waiting for my results, unsure of my pass/fail status. Save yourself the hassle; opt for gov.uk—cheaper, safer, and immediate results.
Excellent Guide for Life in UK Test
Excellent Guide for Life in UK Test
I Studied this material only 45 test papers with 24 questions each and starred questions where ever applicable improves the depth and breadth of knowledge and anyone who studys from this website will Pass for Sure.
Welcome to the UK - We steal your money!
How is this for your first assimilation into British culture; being ripped off by the company you had to pay to use study guides to take the British Visas and Citizens tests?
I used LifeInTheUKTests.com to practice the Leave to Remain test questions. They were recommended on the gov website. I cancelled my LITUT membership the same day I took and passed my test at the government testing facility. 14-months later, I noticed a £9.99 charge on my bank statement. LifeInTheUKTests had been charging me their monthly subscription fee and had never cancelled my account. Not only that, my account on their website did not reflect the excess charges. It only reflected the 2 months I used. When I emailed them, they said it was because they changed their billing system a year ago. What does that have to do with continuing to fraudulently charge me? Here is the real kicker, they offered to refund a “portion” of the now £139.86 they had taken from me. They refunded a whooping £39.96. Are you kidding me?! I've initiated complaints to the government and Action Fraud, and have also bright it to the attention of our immigration solicitors in London. Welcome to the UK!
Ok test prep but dodgy company!
Same complaint as others: I cancelled my premium membership a day early - still got charged and no email confirmation of cancellation. So concerned the charges will continue...
Contact form doesn't work. Emails go unanswered. Thankfully I remembered my password (eventually) after it got wiped from my computer, because the password retrieval function doesn't work either.
I do think their material helped me pass the test, but woeful customer service.
Rubbish site not working
So, apparently i have forgotten my password. I tried to requesting password change but all i got is error "email couldn't be sent. Possible reasons: host maybe disabled email function.. ". I couldn't login for weeks, not to cancel, not to do some tests.. Tried multiple times to CONTACT them but again error occurred and contact form hasn't been sent. I have been charged again for weeks of not being able to use site or cancel membership due to the fact site is not working and i really feel scammed. Ill contact my bank tho, to revert my fees and block any upcoming payment requests.
This website it's rubbish
This website it's rubbish! They don't replay to the emails or the contact form, that's for nothing there. They charged me a day earlier and I canceled my membership on the day I knew I have to. Now, they took my money anyways and can't do more tests because the membership it's canceled. There is no one to talk to for refund or to open my membership.
It's disgusting!
On top of that some questions were wrong and it's not fully updated with the new terms after the Queen's passing!
