Albert was awesome! I had been in the process of moving my life insurance with another broker who then went on maternity leave and didn't pass my file on to anyone else. This transfer of insurance had been in the process for 5 months. Once I contacted Lifebroker to ask what was happening, Albert took it over and I can't rate his service highly enough. He provided a comparison with other providers and made it all happen within a week or two - including a refund from my existing provider and saving me over $500 per year for the same amount of cover. Thank you Albert, you made the process easy and explained every step.

Left a message for Lifebroker to return call on Thursday 11/11/2021. Received a call from Albert Tran on 12/11/2021. Reviewed insurance cover and did a comparison with other insurers for best premium. Albert was thorough in his advice and suggested cancelling existing policy with Zurich and applying a new policy with Zurich at a reduced premium. A quote was sent through within minutes and a follow up call with Janelle was arranged on 16/11/2021. All this was done swiftly and arranged with minimal fuss. Great service.

I was very pleased with the assistance provided by Chris, start to finish. I particularly liked how we started out by discussing my objective or reason for wanting insurance, it helped me to see things objectively. Chris was prompt and courteous and always followed things up. I have been wanting to modify my insurance cover for over a year now and have been unable to get it done, but with Chris' help I finally achieved this and it feels great. Both Brianne and Jacob was very knowledgeable on the policy and clarified any sections I was unclear on. The main thing is they ensured that as a customer, I understood what the policy included and the process and time involved to finalised application.

I had a somewhat complex requirement for my TPD. Due to a number of old sporting injuries the process could have been difficult. Jacob Seeary was great and I found the way he communicated and followed up with me professional and respectful of my time. He navigated what I assumed was a complex process with the insurer very easily. I Would recommend him and this business to others.
