Not impressed I ordered a palette last Wednesday and it has not even been sent out. They never reply to my email and fb message. Never again gonna go through the bank for a dispute

Ordered a top that was not suitable. Emailed the company to process a refund and followed their instructions (sent the top back as a tracked item). Have not heard anything since regarding my refund. Sent two emails and no reply. Searching online for a telephone number but have not had any luck. Extremely disappointed.
Love my Playful palette and lashes , wrapped really well and arrived within 2 days. Will be buying more , highly recommend!
I recommand this website, I make an order the last saturday, I come from France and the shipping time is between 4-6days. I receive my order after 6 days because we had a close day during this week.
Unfortunatly, we haven't a tracking number to france, I was anxious and I wrote a message to Client service, who wrote to me very quickly with all my order's informations.

I bought the 2 palette set the palettes are everything they same on the website they are really pigmented and blend so easy i love them and the colours are intense. im looking forward to use even more and they came fast for ordering them at christmas.

I originally scored Lick & Lash a one star as I wasn’t impressed with damaged make up palette that they sent me which was for a Christmas present. However they did get back to me sent me a replacement and a very generous free gift as a good will gesture. So I have increased my start rating and updated the review to reflect the level of after care and customer service I have received. One happy customer here!! You can see my original review below.
I have ordered some make up from this company it arrived damaged I have sent them two emails with pictures and I haven’t received a reply or any indication that they will refund my purchase. If it gets resolved I will update this review but to date it has not been.
Ordered a couple of eyeshadow palettes from Lick and Lash; they arrived quickly and were very well-packaged. The quality is excellent, especially considering the price I paid. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
