Used in previous home. Had issue in new house with our back door lock, contacted via whats app. Out within a few days, sorted and explained everything as he was doing it.

Really lovely guy, dead helpful and efficient.

My mum had a fall in her house and left her keys in the door so I couldn't get in. Called Liberty and they were there in literally 5 mins, got me in then very considerately offered to return to finish the job after we had got the situation sorted. Fitted a thumb turn lock to prevent same happening again. Cost was reasonable and payment via card reader on phone, very convinient. Hopefully will not need the service too often but will definitely use again if required.

Brilliant service. My key got stuck inside the lock and I couldn't get into my flat. Came out within 15mins, replaced the lock and cleaned up afterwards. Lovely guy and made a very stressful situation much less so.

Highly recommend Liberty Locksmiths! Denis got back to us immediately when we contacted him and came out very quickly following this. He fixed our door lock within 20/30 minutes and was lovely to chat to during the process!

Denis arrived right on time, identified the problem immediately. He changed the lock on the door as well as making adjustments to the door.
The door now opens and closes so much easier than before.
I got 5 keys with the new lock.
