Not what you think.
They communicate quickly. That’s about all the good I can say. DO NOT FALL FOR THE REPLACE JARGON of the sales people. It is not what you think. They wanted to replace my $2000 Fisher Paykal dishwasher with a $400 model so I had someone else fix it. Then when our pool heater stopped working they only paid $500 for a $4500 heater. I assume most people who care enough for their appliances don’t buy cheap models, but that’s what they want to give you. I will not be renewing this policy.

Lack of Customer Service At the Customer Service Department
Mr. Theo Miller treated me as a valuable customer. He was very professional, patient, in explaining the steps in resolution of incidence concerning the H-VAC condensation pipeline leakage at my home. He explained the technician diagnostic findings and resolution process to my satisfaction, after I explained the continuous leakage of water from H-VAC pipeline that was destroying my property. Prior to speaking with Mr. Theo, I had called multiple times since August 4, 2026, and had been denied assess to someone who manages the Customer Service personnel to help resolve the leakage problem. The staff always said someone will call in 1-2 days but nobody did. Today I did a follow up call to resolve this urgent issue but Ms. Delancy Rodriguez was very unprofessional and when I ask to talk to someone who is above her, she refused to do so. Finally, I introduced myself to her and told her about my rights to have a lawyer resolve this issue. It was then that she said she will forward my case up the chain of responsibility. I was contacted about 2 hrs later and was told, I will receive a call from the resolution department which I did receive a call from Mr. Theo Miller at 3:34 PM.
