I brought legends pinball micro.
The back glass screen doesn't work properly and liberty games kindly to it back to repair it .
When i received it back it had not been fix so back again but this time after me sending photos of what is wrong and exchanging emails it had gone quiet so still got a £600 pound machine that doesn't work properly.
I am changing to 5 stars,because Jake from liberty games had been in contact with me and stuck with me all the way to sorting the problem out.
He has been very helpful and gone out of his way to help me ,and i now have a perfect working pinball machine .
The machine itself is brilliant for playing virtual pinball on ,me and the grandkids love playing on it , and you forget your playing a virtual pinball machine.

Excellent choice of products at a competitive price. Very happy with the table tennis top for the pool table. Definitely glad I got the stands as well so we are able to securely store it.
Shipping was fast and I was kept up to date the order status throughout.

I am changing my review because and only because since posting a bad review Liberty Games have actually been amazing and recognised where in their customer service they have failed. I have now had serveral calls with them and hopefully now they will change and acknowledge when somebody places an order that takes 20 weeks the customer should not have to chase for updates on such a long order, even to acknowledge a general email to the customer would be great. I have now received my order and the table is amazing and well worth the wait.

Bought pool table and football table. Both very good products and decent value. Communication pre-delivery was excellent. Some issues with delivery location were handled well and the company phoned to discuss.

The pool table is great and good quality for the price, even better was the delivery that was on time to the first advised date and time and the table was placed directly in to my new summer house by 2 delivery guys from Furdeco

Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Second to none service from start to finish. Love the jukebox box too. Thanks liberty games.

Ordered a pinball machine over the phone and it was set up in my man cave within 4 days, can not fault the service and to be fair I only Ordered the cheaper legends game ( not 4k) and it's fantastic, my son says he's getting one haha. Next step is purchase some different tables I think they only cost around £5 each but not looked into it yet.

Bought a quality pool table from Liberty Games recently which arrived quicker than expected.
I had a slight issue with part of the order but this was resolved quickly and in a professional manner by Hayden.

It was easy to find the products that I needed. They were delivered promptly and safely in suitable but not excessive packaging. They are excellent quality and make playing air hockey with the grandchildren so much much better!

Absolute pleasure to deal with. From ordering to delivery was great. I even asked for an almost impossible task, could this be delivered on my daughters 16th birthday. Knowing how far away they were and their delivery schedule I knew this was a big ask.
A phone call a few days before saying they could meet my request was overwhelming. The drivers even called me on the morning making sure my daughter had left for school before they arrived. Thank you again.

Delivery was faster than expected, with multiple emails informing me of progress with the order. The games table arrived in excellent condition with simple set-up instructions.

Was really easy to order my table and 2 benches i was informed via email at all stages of the process, when received there was damage to the table top which was quickly sorted out via email & a new 1 shipped to me within a couple of day. The table is great my family and I are enjoying it very much..would totally recommend liberty games

Excellent service from start to finish. We ordered a new pool table for our social club a few weeks ago. They gave us a delivery time which they stuck to. A very nice table at a price we were happy with. Decided to go with the electronic coin mech as it’s more versatile for our members, had a couple of teething issues but was quickly resolved. The delivery men were on time and very helpful in setting it up. All in all we’re more than happy with the overall experience.

First time ordering from liberty games and it was brilliant. Website easy to navigate and so was the checkout process. (Even allows for adding delivery instructions) purchase was processed and shipped the same day and item was delivered the next day, fantastic stuff will certainly be buying again from liberty games soon!

The table is well built and very easy to switch back to dining table when needed. Easily fit 6 people around it
And the benches I wanted dont get manufactured so a quick email to liberty games and they helped me pick out some new benches to go with my table

Just purchased a proline cue from Liberty games. Cannot fault any part of the purchase or product. Seamless online purchase with constant communication regards to the delivery, which was extremely swift. The product itself could not be purchased from any other retailer at such a competitive price. Definitely a genuine 5 ⭐️ review.
