Trying to access my account
Trying to access my account, and when get to screen where a TEXT to my cellphone number NEVER …. Received and tried 3/4 times, on Top of ALL other
Issues yesterday that are keyed into my account which was SUPPOSED to Receive a Call back from One of your Staff an Hour after Calling there ( was told by Another Staff Member ) but, Will NOT give Out that name. To me , All of this had to think long and Hard if wanted to stay with this Company After Everything that has happened yesterday

Initially we were skeptical
Initially we were skeptical. We talked about canceling the program.
We decided to continue for a couple of months to see if anything happened. When we got the form it was a breath of relief.
We are very pleased!

Confused with tonight's representation...
Everyone I have interacted with since retaining Your service last September have been a pleasure to work with, unfortunately, not this evening. The Gentleman on he phone with me tonight is very brash, hurried, not at all patient while explaining, and projects poor people skills. Very disappointing.
Unlike the call I had with Rep Tiana last Friday. She continued to show the same patience and sincere mannerism that others before have.
Still, a very good organized company, but the gentleman tonight needs retrained or repositioned.
