Rob was extremely helpful and prompt with getting me the assistance I needed. could not have wished for a better outcome.

I appreciated Rob's availability, accessibility and honest considerate help through the whole process.
I struggled with the inaccessibility of the bank. I called on a couple of occasions. 1hr 15min waiting. No one answered. 45 mins another time till l got through. I went to the bank to get issues attended to.

Rob is beyond amazing. I've used his services 3 times for new home purchases and multiple home refinances. He always goes the extra mile. He pulled off a miracle today, getting our finance through when noone thought it could be done on time. I cannot recommend him enough!

As the conveyancer representing the buyer, my priority is to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved. However, I felt it necessary to address the tone and approach of some of our recent exchanges, which were perceived as unprofessional and counterproductive.

Specifically:

Tone and Approach: Some of the comments made during our communication came across as dismissive and unnecessarily critical, which made the process more challenging than it needed to be.
Impact on the Clients: Comments suggesting delays or inefficiencies in my work caused unnecessary panic for the clients. This not only undermines the professional relationship between all parties but also creates undue stress for the buyer during an already complex process.
Collaboration and Respect: While I understand the urgency and importance of timelines, a collaborative and respectful approach goes a long way in ensuring we achieve a positive outcome for the clients we are both working to assist.
