I got a thong and bra which is all tear bra chain anything can't even use it

And silver bikin which come with chain and all is broke from first open .
So I not even gonna send it back cos it cost me money to send it . But just to let you know please check the items before post to customer .

Cheap, cheerful...shame about the range of sizes though. Not enough range!!!!
I've used liberette for a few years now. It's not a real McCoy clothes site. It's about gaining the best immitation item you can find at a lower price.. I accept that. Yes, their sizes are quite small. I do wish they`d get bigger sizes in.. I'd buy from them much more if they did. They have seals on their items which means if you break it you can't return it which I think Is silly as well. Good for underwear but USELESS on one size items and stretchy items. We need to try cloths on its a simple fact of purchasing. In all.. cheap, cheerful and quick delivery. Some quality compromised for a lower price. Just don't break that seal!!

Our sizes do tend to be on the small size. We too would love to get bigger sizes in and are always on the look out for suppliers that can provide this.
In regard to the hygienne seals, we have recently relaxed this policy as it was indeed unpopular with some customers. It now only applies to g strings, thongs, bikinis, pierced earrings etc. Dresses can now be returned, but they do have to be as in as good as new condition.
Great value, quick service, web site user friendly
Well worth a look, don't by shy, easy site to use and safe for payment, everything packed well and dispatched quickly, well informed.

poor quality poor fit
No elastic in a pair of the one size fits all thongs. Poor fit of the other 3 pairs. Will go elsewhere in the future.

With regards to sizing, we size as "one size fits most" and not "one size fits all" so, the sizing is to suit a UK female size 8-14. Nevertheless, we will take your complaint on board and investigate it.
With regards to quality, you bought four g strings / thongs that are all hot styles, we try to bring in the the hottest styles, at the best price and if we have an option we always bring in the best quality.
