If there is less than one star I would…

If there is less than one star I would give it. Not reliable and not responsible when a driver doesn't show up. They just take your money and not even apologize. Stay away. At worst it is a scam, at best it is extremely a poor service company. We lost quite a bit of money because we booked them and they took no responsibility for rides they cancelled. They pass the buck to the booking agent who takes no responsibility either. Don't ruin your trip and stay away from this awful company that has no ethics or principles.
