I am trying to make a purchase on this website. But When I click on an item I want to purchase I get a new page that has Fatal Error. It does not let me select items to purchase. I have shopped this site for years. But today this is beyond frustration. I do not konwwhat is going on with this company. This happens on my macbook pro and iphone 16.
Very poor customer treatment. I returned underwear online explicitly stating that I wanted a refund on my original payment method. Instead, I received a value voucher for future purchases. No response was given to my multiple letters requesting a refund of my money. I have never seen such a fraudulent procedure. Never again!
I wanted to order a first boxershort fron L Homme Invisible, a brand that is not really cheap. The transportcosts were quiet high , so I asked if they didnt do anything special for new customers as they do on other websites. The only reply I have got was that my message wasn't interesting for them and if i could buy better elsewhere, i should do.
