Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I believe the advertising was misleading.
The car was advertised as coming with a **6-month warranty**, and there was **no mention of any additional packages or mandatory fees** in the advert. I have screenshots of the original advertisement and will attach them to this review.
However, once I was actually committing to purchase the car, I was told that the advertised warranty was not included and that I had to purchase one of their packages in order to buy the vehicle. The basic package starts at **€600**, and despite the advertisement stating a 6-month warranty, the warranty offered with the package was only **3 months**.
These packages were presented as mandatory rather than optional — I was told that if I didn't choose one, I couldn't purchase the car.
I find this extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, completely different from what was advertised. Customers should be able to rely on the price and conditions shown in an advertisement without discovering significant additional costs and different terms at the point of purchase.
I will be attaching screenshots of the advertisement and the messages so that people can make up their own minds.
