Last December after contacting their…

Last December after contacting their service rep, it soon became apparent, they were not customer friendly. I contact LG and they suggested I get warranty and they would take care of the local situation. That didn't happen and I asked for a refund. They agreed but it is now 3 months and no refund. In my frustration I gave away the LG product to a senior on one income and pick up the loss.

The LG electrical range LREL6323 is…

The LG electrical range LREL6323 is bad, I bought it in Jun 2024, and now two cooktops are not working. I called LG support, the spare parts are too expensive, $450 and the repair 150$, total 600$. More than half of the new range price. I find it is better to scrap it and buy another company range.

We called on multiple occasions, during the above- stated business hours.

In each instance, We received a recording: "Customer you are calling is unavailable. Please try again later".

There was No answer, and no available voice- mail options either.

Our emails to lgcanada at reliableparts dot com and reliableinfo at reliableparts dot com and warranty.claims.ca at reliableparts dot com were never answered, within 30 calendar days ( legally Deemed Reasonable time- frame).

We had recently spoken to a verbally abusive representative at 888 542 2623 , called "Stephen" ( who repeatedly Refused to provide any name, I.E. no Professional Accountability, No unique identifier) , who continued to repeatedly interrupt us (inspite of our repeated polite requests to him to Cease and Desist from doing so). He threatened us, Refused to connect us to any supervisor, placed us "on - hold" for over 40 minutes, and then disconnected our call.

We were later transferred to a voice-mail- box of a Samantha? (name was incoherently and slurred quickly, possibly to stage a Superficial Farce and Travesty of "Professional Accountability ") , who was never available during regular business hours (for multiple days). Our multiple voice-mail messages were never returned.

Evidently, this appears to be an established pattern of Systemic Violation of applicable Consumer protection laws and ordinary taxpayers in Ontario and Canada, by LG.
