This brand is a scam. I ordered it after seeing it on Matilda Djerf's stories, the glasses were to small so I put in a request for a refund - they won't allow a refund of your money if you buy it on sale. This is against UK law, but they are somehow still in operation. I'm raising this to legal authorities, but want to warn people before buying

The customer service is second to none!!! I received a response to an issue within minutes and the problem was solved within a few days. Absolutely obsessed with the product & customer support! I ordered a pair of glasses through Lexxola that didn't work out the first go around (my lenses were too thick for the frames). I was worried because I'm based in LA and feared that I wouldn't make the exchange window to get a new pair. Emily from the Community team was extremely helpful and guided me through the whole process. I finally got my new pair of frames and am completely obsessed. I feel sexy and confident in them (they're the Alba Carat's in Leopard). Overall, I'm the primarily happy that this exchange process was pleasant rather than a headache.

We bought the jordy sunglasses for our daughter’s birthday. At first I am kind of unsure if it will look good on her. But when she wore them, looks chic and perfect on her. She is obsessed with it :)! Even if she is just wearing a simple outfit, it is still very stylish. Anyways, the shipping outside UK is definitely fast that we never had a problem at all. Speaking with Emily from the service team helped me all the way with all my questions, concerns and etc. Top quality and great customer service ever! Customers satisfaction is definitely Lexxola’s main priority. Thank you big time Lexxola and Emily :)! ‘Twas a great experience.

I reached out to Lexxola's customer service team about a broken pair of sunglasses I purchased last year and I received incredibly kind and understanding customer service from Emily on their team. I explained how much I love Lexxola, and was devastated to not be able to repair my sunglasses independently. Emily promptly offered to replace them for me with a variety of color options. These glasses arrived in one day and I'm so happy with my new pair. Lexxola and Emily went above and beyond to satisfy this long time fan / supporter which is more than appreciated. The team were beyond helpful in helping me with an exchange. Really efficient, positive and helpful - super easy to work with. Sometimes with b2c models its hard to speak to advisors but the Lexxola community were wonderful and reassuring.

As soon as I purchased my first pair of sunglasses, I was automatically greeted by Lexxola service via email. The representative (Alex) was very cordial. When I decided to do an exchange, Alex took care of the return process and immediately resent the exchange product. Lexxola customer service is great and product is quality made.

The product quality is great, unfortunately the glasses were just too small on my head. The customer service was really great when I had to make a return. There was an issue with the postage, and Emily was very responsive and helpful for making the return easy. Thank you!

I purchased the Alba glasses and while they are gorgeous and a well crafted pair of glasses, I decided to return them because it just did not fit my face. Emily was so helpful throughout the process of the return. I originally wanted a refund but I decided to opt for a gift card instead so I could get a cute pair of sunglasses instead! Love this team and brand and am looking forward to the new styles to come. I never write reviews but Lexxola stands out above the rest in all aspects!
