Company is not very accommodating over…
Company is not very accommodating over the weekend when a customer submits an order then tries to cancel the process. You debit our Bank Accounts immediately however when we try to cancel the order almost immediately we’re told the order processed for shipping and funds cannot be returned. Office hours are only accessible Mon thru Friday during normal business hrs. By then the order is shipped.

I never received the package
I live in the city of Chicago. If I have packages left on my doorstep, people usually steal them. I therefore had the package delivered to my wife's work address. What seems to have happened is that the delivery service arrived after business hours, put the package at the door of the building and drove away. Someone then apparently stole the package. I never got it. You owe me something like $40. I got ripped off.

Check the product before sending
I ordered 1” kyoto discs. They arrived and on the box it said 1”, but the discs are 1.25. I am leaving on a trip to Germany next Friday and don’t have the right discs.
