A Costly Error?
I found the products I have ordered for several years.Unfortunately when I got a look at the email sent after I ordered I noticed that instead of a junior size tabs and pullout calendar I was being sent a compact size. There was no way either online or by telephone to correct this. I found that my only option was to ship it back and pay a restocking fee. Add the shipping cost and the fee and it would be cheaper to toss it in the trash than pay for it a second time. I realize that errors do occur but paying twice for an item I can’t use is not satisfactory. The error could have been corrected in a minute if there was a way to do it online. Sorry,but I’m not happy. The other items arrived and were correct. Also what happened to”Book Notes”? Some of us still read actual books.
