This letting agent has demonstrated a shocking and pertinent lack of knowledge of the legislation relevant to their business. They tried to advise their tenant that they were not able to end a periodic joint tenancy, without all parties giving notice - which is nonsense. The rudeness and misinformation experienced by the tenant was appalling. I would advise anyone seeking a home to go elsewhere and to always take independent advice, as you may find that the law is on your side.
