I've been a customer since 2022..

I've been a customer since 2022..
The response time is horrible .
No customer service, no return messages.
Lost lots of seedling because of heat Poor warranty and horrible ISSUES with the GLOW RINGS .
If you grow inside like I do.
This co is not the best .
Don't do it.

After reading your reviews on Lettuce…

After reading your reviews on Lettuce grow customer service, which is non-existent, I realize why I can't get help. They truly do not respond if you're having a problem and need some guidance or you receive plants that are battered and broken and die right after received!!! I will no longer be a client after my pre-paid seedling credit is used up. Something has happened because it wasn't like this when I started using LG in 2022.

I would not recommend. Gone downhill and much more $$$ every year

Shocking website. App is useless. Ordering is difficult as app is painful to navigate. Customer service unhelpful. The fact that you cant return a buying mistake like corks is ridiculous. Its plastic. They constantly change pricing. They claim 100 seedlings which is a lie. They have about 30 maybe 36 available with limited herbs each time. How much lettice can anyone eat ? Ypu now have to cote on almost half of the pretend 100 seedlings...what the ????? How can you not have oregano year round etc. Seedlings much less interesting every year. I am onto my 3rd pump in 4 years. The so called wireless timer doesnt say it doesnt work with android and when you contact them they go...oh well. Really gone down hill. I would not recommend. If you do know that the sales pitch on the website is rubbish

Lettuce Grow Customer Service is the only problem

First of all, Trust Pilot needs to delete the bad reviews that are obviously not about Lettuce Grow. Second, the Lettuce Grow Farmstand is amazing. Very easy to grow food. Highly recommended plug and play hydroponics system. The reason I gave only 3 stars is their customer service is almost non existent. They eliminated their customer service phone number and now there is no live chat. You have to email them and wait a few days for them to get back to you. If they ever do.... Lettuce Grow, step up your customer service if you want a 5 star review!

I have been growing with a Lettuce Grow…

I have been growing with a Lettuce Grow system for 3 years and have had fantastic success. The seedlings make resets easy. The system is intuitive. It is easy to clean and maintain. The lettuce and other veggies I grow are fantastic. As grocery store prices continue to rise, growing your own makes more and more sense.
The recent "spring reset" offer makes cleaning and renewing your system so easy.

The tooth cleaning set I received (4)…

The tooth cleaning set I received (4) are at the moment useless the brush is nothing like the one advertised.I will give it a mth and then send another review,if it’s no better than ide have to say it they are a waste of money .

Don't bother.....

The toy I sent for my dog arrived today in a small battered box! Only part of the toy was in the box, the usb socket is smaller than the lead sent to plug in. All in all rubbish, waste of money and will never buy from this company again. They don't deserve one star but you can't leave a review without giving a rating which should be minus a star. My advice save your money and go elsewhere!

I have just been stood up for my second…

I have just been stood up for my second consult appointment. I have had constant issues and can't get any help. Can't find a phone number but I had one before I bought the tower but no one answered that phone number. I threw away all of my last bunch of plants. They looked bad when I got them and I sent pictures. Some never produced fruit after months. Guy kept telling me to wait (when he answered my emails at all) and then after a month said they only replace within the first 7 days and when I reminded him of the picture I sent him the day i got the seedling he ghosted me.

Setting up the tower was a little…

Setting up the tower was a little complicated. The QR code would take forever to download, then glitch out. The included instruction booklets were hard to follow. I didn't realize I had to adjust the timer so the water was on 24/7. Many plants died. There was no refund as it was beyond 7 days.

Very expensive hydroponic system

Very expensive hydroponic system. I was really excited to try and felt comfortable taking the leap with the "risk-free" trial. Please read the return policy as it is not risk-free. You're potentially out $200 for the return shipping if you don't hold onto the original packaging, which is of course very large and inconvenient to store. I didn't realize I needed to hold onto it. Be careful ordering from this company. In my experience, we received lots of seedlings with aphids and did not get any edible/lush produce.

Grow Tower is GREAT!

I just love my three tiered Grow Tower. We harvest fresh salads for lunch now! So nutritious, safe, and at this time for me, feels like an added level of security in knowing I can grow my own food. Thank you for your company and what it is doing for our health and well-being at this time. (Remember if you are considering buying one that it must have access to a power source!)
