Information entered inaccurately
Information entered inaccurately, which skewed results reported to my health insurance provider. Called to resolve issue and was promised a call back by Sheilla, which never happened. Called back 2 days later and spoke to Christina, who kept me on hold for an inordinate amount of time and ultimately hung up on me. When I called back she proceeded to tell me how rude I was because I declined to take the case number and told her I’d call back if need be and simply give my name and corresponding information. She was so offended that she proceeded to complain to my insurance company when they conferenced me into a follow up call until she realized that I was on the call. To say that they are unprofessional is an understatement.

Biometric screening completion not communicated with insurance
As a part of my UHC insurance benefits, I could get a free biometric screening through LetsGetChecked. I completed my annual physical on November 5th, and my physician notified me that he had faxed LetsGetChecked it's Physician Results Form (with my Biometric results). I also confirmed receipt of the same with LetsGetChecked on November 12th. Since this is time sensitive and I stand to lose $75, I reached out multiple times over the past couple of weeks, but till date, the insurance company has not been notified of my completion of biometric screening, and there has been no response from LetsGetChecked to my queries.

Total Waste of Time
Dismal. The test kit is expensive, it doesn't work at all and there is ZERO customer support - no response to any of my emails.
Had to dispute the charge because they have no customer service to speak of. Great at taking your money, horrible at after-sale support and issuing refunds.

Too many hurdles, too many troubleshooting calls
I have used LetsGetChecked 2 years in a row, but this second year, there were so many problems and unnecessary delays and communication issues.
The first kit I ordered never arrived, and I never even received any type of tracking to be able to figure out what happened, so I had to call and order a replacement. The rep was very apologetic and helpful.
I had an issue activating the second kit, because through the portal, I had activated the first kit accidentally, and the website would not let me activate a second kit. I tried initially sending an email to request a reset, but was told I would need to call. Again, the rep was helpful, but there was a very loud electronic pinging noise on the call, which was painful to listen to, and distracting.
Kit use and return was easy. But after getting an initial email saying my results are ready, and already viewing them, I am still getting emails that say my screening results are waiting. So something in their system hasn't even registered that I have opened and viewed them.
If you want the average person to do home testing, the entire process needs to be seamless. I should not have to get on the phone with reps multiple times, and in fact, for the issues I experienced, I don't understand why I couldn't complete those actions through their website.

HIPPA violator
480-890-1507 A letter was sent , we called and said FIT gives false positives and we did not authorize. Insurance and we are not able to stop. We returned the kit in their mailer with no stool so they call every day. We have stated “cease and desist” and they continue to harass. Insurance has not acknowledged giving permission. They are a scam and RUDE. They ignore HIPPARCHUS. Beware
