"I would think twice before deciding to deal with Let Property Agency for two reasons. First, you must pay a £3,000 buyer's premium deposit just to start the process. When I asked to view a property, I was told it was not possible due to high demand, so I had to pay blindly. Now, I have to go through a stressful legal process to get my refund. This is an honest warning, you can decide if you want to deal with them
