This app has no way of reporting users or getting money back if you get ripped off. My son lost money to a scammer and there is absolutely NO way I know of even report a person because they are allowed to "ghost" (my son's term, which means basically to delete the profile they used to scam people).

Letgo use to be awesome. There isn’t a soul in the world who would prefer the app now. We get it, make a great app and sell to the highest bidder. Offer up is GARBAGE!

Too bad the only way to write a review was to give the it one star because it doesn’t deserve any. This SUCKS. Why in the world did you merge with Offer Up? BAD MOVE!

Putting letgo and offerup together was a bad decision. Offerup has alwaysshowed stiff that has already been sold or stuff posted a year or more ago. Letgo was always the better of the two. Bring letgo back. I see barely anything new now since the switch. Sucks. I will be deleting app.

I used to love the Letgo now offer up the new site SUCKS I will never go back there again I am very very disappointed with this bull crap I lost all contacts and never understood why they think it’s ok to go this route 😒😞😏

I honestly liked it because it’s was good. But merging with offer-up which I’m not use to. (It’s confusing) Also you can’t sell live stock. I mean why?

What the hell, i had a huge amount of listing on letgo Canada, now no access to my ads. Your a crappy company

Absolutely 100% trash since being taken over by offerup. What was once a community marketing ap its now a a country wide $#!@show. Nothing anywhere near you and no buyers anywhere near you. What a joke.

I used to really like Letgo. Having no ads separated them from Facebook marketplace and OfferUp. Now.. well since they merged- just like the others. It sucks because now I have to buy items full price retail. But I’d rather do that than go through all of the ads and multiple repeat listings. Letgo, bad move.

I have sold and bought items im the past from the letgo website. The merge with offerup has increased the amount of scammers that mingle around the website..

Letgo not even worth it anymore. Today I try to log in my letgo account and I saw now it is connected to offer up . The worse site ever And letgo as well.

Sometimes I used letgo to sell certain things because I can’t ship out specially on eBay it not worth the money.might as well stick with eBay to sell and avoid the big items. Wish let go would just stay so I could sell big item. Good luck everyone selling on offer up you are going to need it

I’m really upset with Letgo. I was supposed to pick up some end tables tonite and a carpet cleaner tomorrow. This morning the chats for both items were on the zletgo site. As of 10:00 AM everything was deleted and they merged with OfferUp. I have no way of contacting the sellers as all info was in the chats. This is really bad. I hope they get so many bad reviews that no one will use OfferUp because of this. OfferUp I hope you sink and Letgo you should be ashamed of yourself nobody was notified of this in advance.

Letgo was bad but now they absolutely screwed up my account with forcing me to merge with offer up garbage disgraceful low action on your part letgo never get my business again!

Created an account and days later I've received a tremendous uptick in robo calls and spam texts. Not a conincidence. Thanks for nothing.

Offered an item for free and had a couple of interests. When i tried to reply, the mailer just bounced it back as undeliverable! Tried again and got the old 404 - page not available.
Is Letgo a scam?

My son and I reported that someone on letgo had cheated us out of over $300 and never sent the product. (We received a tracking number to follow and pictures of the shipping box) We have screenshots and still Letgo has not removed the seller from their site. It's the same item listed. It's one thing for individual to be dishonest but it is very disheartening that Letgo has done nothing to prevent others from being scammed by this person or to recover our funds. I received no response and my son only received a message saying Sorry this happened to you.

App full of scammers buyer beware if buying make sure to ask for videochat,identification and public place meetings do not send money regardless of the sob stories these scammers provide. My review has been flagged twice just for mentioning my genuine expierience with letgo if im just gonna keep getting flagged and my review removed then whats the point in sharing with world its not my fault they cant get a positive outta me .ive never had problems with trustpilot but after getting flagged x2 idk what to even think about them if doubts check on letgo i used to buy and sell there and now i wont even go near this site.

Out dated merchandise. Titled wrong. No wanted ads or looking for ads. Search is lousy
Nothing good about this place at all.

Terrible app to use for selling products. Complete waste of your time...Stay away!! Lot of issues around personal information safety. User verification is nothing but a joke. I keep getting text messages and fake promises for coming, asking for home address and people then never respond. I'd recommend FB Marketplace and Offer up instead. Letgo need to enhance their security protocol for people who are genuinely trying to sell and their personal safety, your privacy policies and procedures are not helpful.
