No intention to honour sale or act as a proper shop

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have not received it or any response to emails or messages. Emails to the actual store bounce straight back and the other options for contact suggested on the website (personal email and instagram dm) go ignored. Have since found at least two others that have not received goods paid for or any communication leaving them no choice but to contact their bank and report as a scam. Worse than shopping on eBay/Vinted etc as no security for buyer and nothing to hold seller to the sale.
