TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE. I placed my order October 8th, it's November 12 and NOTHING. I emailed her, it took a week for her to get back to me and she ensured that it was sent out the next day. still nothing. another email sent to her, and a few days later she sends me an email to notify me that my package is MISSING because the address is incorrect?? I went back and checked the address I entered and it is indeed correct, she refuses to help me contact La Poste (i've called them twice and they haven't been able to help me) and she refuses to refund me. All I wanted was a pretty necklace but turns out its a scam.
