Unfortunately the couch we bought started sagging after about 2 weeks. 3 months down the line it's like the thing is 10 years old already. You just sink down in all sorts of weird directions. We aren'... See more

Faulty product becomes my responsibility to sort out
Bought a new dishwasher two weeks ago which turned out to have a misaligned door. It’s worse than pulling a tooth to get good customer service. I no longer want the item after the ordeal I’m going through but can’t get my money back because they won’t take the item out of my home. Anyone know of a way to rectify this?
Friendly people all around!

Best in Town
Best shop in Town having multiple varieties exhibiting modern wood work. Products display was above perfection and the way Aaisha deal with me was splendid.

Bought a bed .Very expensive but low quality. In order to return would need to pay a restocking fee .This is noted on back of receipt they said.So for $2000.00 bed we will need to pay $500.00 to return.Highly suggest finding a different furniture store. We will never shop there again.
Bought a pullout sectional 2 years ago
Bought a pullout sectional 2 years ago
The first week I got it the springs started falling apart. It's the most uncomfortable sectional.i went to the store and told them what had happened with the sectional and they didn't care, weren't to concerned about there product being damaged within the first week of purchase.
I just bought a beautiful new sectional at Heritage furniture. Donating this expensive piece of garbage.
I will never set foot at Trenton Ont Leons or any Leons again.
Not knowledgable, BAD customer service, Feeds you lies( Bullshitter)
Bad service
We bought a stove from them, and it stopped working after 1 year. We went to their store and they refused to honor their commitment to the warranty. They then asked us to call the manufacture of the stove (Samsung) but they gave us the wrong number. The employee's are not well informed about what they sell.
Purchased a telescopic Bosch oven grill…
Purchased a telescopic Bosch oven grill on special order online, was never told it had arrived, and it arrived damaged. They won't exchange it, because it was more than 72 hours after picking it up in store, which of course no one told me about this policy. First and last time purchasing at Leon's
Leon’s coverage damage insurance is a total scam.
I bought a sofa from Leon’s 3 years ago. I also bought a warranty for 5 years which included coverage for all damage like rips , wrinkles , discolour etc.Now I need repair for my sofa because it got discoloured. I talked to zocora they said what kind of damage do you have?I told them that my sofa got discoloured and I showed them a pictures of my sofa. They said that those damage are not covered with my insurance. At the first place they said that they will cover all damage. If they cover all damage then why can’t they cover this damage. They are basically cheating with me and I believe they are cheating with other Leon’s customers. So I was Leon’s customer for last 20 years from my experience because of zocora Leon’s is losing there business.so I am requesting all Canadian before you buy anything from Leon’s make sure you take a special agreement.Thank you very much have a nice day!
Last I heard from Leon's they said…
Last I heard from Leon's they said Someone would call Saturday. Still waiting. Called yesterday and asked to speak to customer service manager. Was told she was unavailable and would call me in the evening. Still no call. Was asked if I could come into the store and I told them I lived 100km away so no I wasn't making a special trip in. Getting very frustrated.
Leons and Zucora are inept at after purchase service.
Leons is simply incapable of providing follow-on adequate service, be it through their warranty partner, Zucora, or Leon’s own technicians. Our ordeal began in 2021 with the purchase of an electric recliner. It continues to this day with the recent delivery of a 3rd recliner and sofa, to replace the previous recliners which all broke, and Zucora could not get parts nor properly fix over two years - during which we had the use of the chair for only about 11 months while it sat useless waiting for Zucora. Forced to take a credit, and therefore purchase new furniture, we went for a non-electric recline chair and matching sofa. Delivered this week and neither worked. Technician comes and fixes the new sofa but couldn’t fix the chair, so another chair, the 4th one, is on its way in maybe another 4 weeks. In the meantime, the newest one sits unusable yet again, continuing another streak of 10 months this time, during which we haven’t been able to use the recliner. I have demanded a full refund, yet all they seem capable of is issuing credits, expecting me to buy more useless, broken new furniture that they cannot repair.
If I can get off this merry-go-round, I will never set foot inside Leons or the Brick ever again and I strongly recommend nobody else does either.

Ordered online
Ordered online. First call told order would arrive June 20. Second call told in a few weeks. Third call told after end of September no guarantee could be later. I feel my order was given to someone else. To cancel I have to call the local store when I ordered online.
What a joke
Revised August 4- with some persistence, Leon’s has replaced the damaged mattress which arrived today. While this was frustrating, they have rectified the situation.
What a joke. Recently purchased a mattress for $1300, WATCHED the delivery driver shove the mattress in the elevator which I commented on. Reported damage within 72 hours to my sales rep, the customer care email and to the store directly, had a technician confirm that there was irreversible damage to the mattress (though the damage is small it was still delivered to me damaged). And was denied any action for my claim. I DO NOT recommend Leon’s and will never be purchasing from here again.
Nice people but really bad post-purchase service
The people I've talked to at Leon's are such nice people but the service I've received since purchasing a sofa and love seat in South Edmonton are the living pits. I wish I'd read reviews here before I'd put down good money The sofa arrived just fine. The guys who delivered the love seat later didn't unpack it, even though we're in our mid 80s, and just left it lying on its back wrapped in plastic and cardboard. When we unpacked it there were two big creases in the back cushions where evidently something heavy had bent the foam. I contacted customer service a day later, and was told to expect a technician within 5 to 10 days to repair it. Ha! When I called back after not having heard anything for a couple weeks, I was told the tech was about to go on holidays and wouldn't be back until the second week in July. Meanwhile, the people who were supposed to apply the protective guards after delivery, for which we paid, won't do so until this is resolved. So you know what Leon's: I've had better post purchase service from Goodwill and Salvation Army than I have had from you. Prospective customers: be warned. Leons: you employ really nice people and decent products but your post service systems need an overhaul. I don't know how you attract repeat customers.
Never again!
This was my 2nd visit to Leon’s, and not because I liked it, no! Because I had some in-store credits that I got due to my previous purchase and Leon’s ruined a few weeks of my life.
This time I purchased a small ottoman, and I expected it will have some issues. I wish I will be able to predict lotto numbers the same way I predicted I will have problems this time 😊
Picked up the item, opened it at home and found that the bottom of the ottoman is totally smashed. Immediately called their customer care services and I was told to wait for a technician to repair the NEW ottoman. Seriously, the NEW item should be repaired? If I would pay in full by credit card, I would report this purchase as fraud and request money back. Unfortunately, I will need to wait for a tech that should appear nobody knows when and do something but definitely the new ottoman will not be new once repaired.
Buyer beware!
