A waste of money and a waste of time.
My review won't make any difference whatsoever to Lenovo or their practices, but for you (their potential customer) I would point out that in order to leave a review, I am unable to rate below 1 star out of 5. So the reality is that a few thousand customers have taken the time to warn you about this company yet they (Lenovo) do NOTHING to improve their service. Do you still want to give your money to a company with review score of 0.2 out of 5 ? Please, don't waste your money or your time.
Terrible customer service
Sent my phone back for a refund LAST YEAR in November. I still haven't received the refund.
They don't have a viable post purchase or customer service mechanism.
Never use again
Stored delivery address incorrectly so ups couldn’t deliver and sent wrong computer. Can only offer refund not an exchange. Awful service
won't buy another lenovo product!
won't buy another lenovo product!
I got my girlfriend legion go 2 for Xmas and after 5 days the screen went. We sent it back under warranty and a component has gone on the screen. They said we caused it and have to pay for the repair which is nearly £300. We just paid £900 for it. We didn't drop it or have water near it. We have ask them for reason why they said we have caused it but no answer so far. But I'm a engineer and I understand component can go even on new equipment, just how it is. But if under warranty you replace it for free. Not charge someone who just paid alot of money for the product.
Just to add, they send back lebovo go by FedEx saying that they repaired free of charge! But then send email said that we refused to pay repair so it's just send back to us.
We can confirm it's not repaired.
We have inspected the lenovo go. It does not have a single mark or crack on it. So absolutely no reason not to repair under warranty after even admitted a INTERNAL component has failed.
If Lenovo like to comment on this on this website to defend themselves I be interested what they have to say.

Bought the lenovo yoga for £1600
Bought the lenovo yoga for £1600, the laptop looks good however the battery life is horrible, should have done more research before buying, might return it as still in warranty.
Lenovo asked me for a review, then rejected it!
Lenovo asked me for a review, then rejected it saying "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines." Here it is, in full. Judge for yourself!
Ordered and paid for a Ryzen 7 ThinkCentre Neo 55s Gen 6 with an upgraded Primary SSD and matching secondary SSD plus Win 11 Pro. Waited nearly a month for it to arrive.
I received a Ryzen 5 ThinkCentre Neo 55s Gen 6 with single SSD plus Win 11 Home.
Spoke to "Customer Services" who couldn't arrange a replacement. Their excuse was that I had already clicked a button on the Lenovo website to reject the machine, and that meant a replacement was impossible!!!
Apparently, if you reject a machine online, replacement ceases to be possible. You have to wait for the return paperwork, post the machine back, then wait for a refund.
The only possible solution was for me to re-order and pay for yet another machine and wait nearly another month. At least it was discounted to the original price, but only after I asked the sales department and pleaded my case with the Sales Department.
I also have to go through the rigmarole of a 20 mile round trip to drop the incorrect machine off at a pick up point (impossible to arrange pick-up, as it wouldn't recognise my order number). I just hope that I eventually get my refund and the PC I ordered without having to go through yet more completely unnecessary hassle, timewasting and expense. Very unimpressed. I would have thought at least I would have been offered an additional discount or voucher against future services, but I pretty much had to plead to just get the machine at the price I had originally paid.
The absolute worst company I have ever…
The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with.
I purchased a laptop at a good deal on the black friday sales.
3 weeks later it arrived broken.
I ordered a replacement.
It took 3 days to get a feckin return label.
I sent it back and for the next 7 weeks heard absolutely nothing. Contacted support multilpe times but noone even tried to help or explain.
Finally after 11 weeks in total I got an email to say the replacement was being processed.
Two days later I got an email to say the replacement has been canceled.
Back onto cunstomer service being bounced around for ages and eventually I found out they had no parts so were sending me a refund.
I asked could I get a similar quality laptop for the same price I paid 11 weeks earlier. "No, full price".
Today I still have not even received my refund.
Over 11 weeks since I paid for a laptop and I have no laptop and no refund with zero help or explanation from anyone who works for Lenovo.
A complete and utter sham.

Warranty rejected without credible investigation
Lenovo rejected my warranty claim on my Legion Go handheld citing “physical damage,” based only on internal inspection images. No formal engineer report or independent assessment was provided.
An intact tamper seal located beneath the heatsink was dismissed without a credible explanation of how internal damage could have occurred. Lenovo confirmed this was their final position and would not engage further.
Polite communication, but a one-sided and untrustworthy warranty process. I would not rely on Lenovo support based on this experience
8 weeks no laptop
Lenovo laptop died within 8 months of buying and not even daily usage. Sent off for repair and it has now been almost 8 weeks and I still don't have an update on when my laptop will be repaired and returned to me. Disgraceful service, the product was sold to me faulty and yet I am the one paying the price.
My best advice is not to purchase…
My best advice is not to purchase anything from Lenovo. 14 months into owning a Lenovo yoga slim laptop a bios update from Lenovo themselves completely broke my computer. Of course, its out of warranty and there are zero support options. I can see that thousands of other people are in the same boat as me and Lenvovo offer no support. What a pile of crap and what a waste of money.
Absolutely terrible
My experience with Lenovo.co.uk has been the absolute worst over the last few months. Please see my email (bottom of review) detailing my formal complaint which they have not responded to.
Update to this - the new laptop I bought has a hardware problem and I need to now submit for a refund on this. I am dubious as to whether this will ever be refunded to me. Whilst on the phone with customer services. I also asked about the refund on my first product which i ordered in November and the customer service agent seemed confused and asked for proof of invoice (!). Surely this should also be on their system. I provided the proof of this. She has now come back to tell me there are 'issues in the back end' and someone will update me. As i've had 10 different people tell me this and never received an update I doubt I will ever get an update.
So now i await over £3000 pounds of refund pending from Lenovo which I'm unlikley to receive back and I am about to go purchase another laptop so that I am able to work.
Official email complaint to Lenovo where there has been no response.
Dear Lenovo Customer Care,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding Order #4650146940 and the unacceptable handling I’ve experienced over the past several weeks.
I placed the order in mid‑November. The shipment was sent to the wrong address, and despite numerous calls with both the delivery provider and Lenovo, I was told the address could not be corrected. On Lenovo’s advice, I cancelled the original order and placed a new one. Since then, I have been forced to chase a refund that has still not been processed.
I have now contacted Lenovo customer service approximately ten (10) times. Each time I am told the matter is “escalated” and that I will receive an update; I have never received a single proactive update. Before Christmas, I was informed the item had been received back by Lenovo and that my refund would be issued within 5–7 days. That did not happen. When I followed up after Christmas, I was told the item was auto‑shipped again on 5 January—despite my repeated and explicit instructions that I wanted a refund, not a replacement.
It is unreasonable and unfair that I am now being told to wait yet again for the product to return to Lenovo before any action will be taken. The auto‑shipment was not initiated by me, and I should not be penalised or delayed because of Lenovo’s own process failures.
The consequences are real: my credit card provider has already levied late‑payment charges because Lenovo has not returned my funds on the timeline your agents committed to. I have incurred costs and lost time solely due to Lenovo’s inaction and repeated broken promises.
I require the following without further delay:
Immediate processing of the full refund for Order #4650146940.
Written confirmation of the refund initiation (including refund reference and date) within 48 hours.
Reimbursement of all late‑payment charges caused by Lenovo’s delay.
Assurance in writing that no further shipments will be triggered on this cancelled order.
I expect a clear and actionable response within 48 hours. Thank you for your help on this.
Took my money, failed to deliver.
Item never arrived, lost with courier UPS. Neither Lenovo or UPS have offered a solution. Lenovo have taken my money, are aware that the item has not been delivered and yet have kept the money. My only alternative is to commence a chargeback.
Disappointing that such a well known brand act no better than a shady market trader. I'll never use a Lenovo product again.
They steal your money
Long story short... I ordered a laptop that was never delivered. Lenovo is avoiding all conversations via phone and messages, and they do not want to refund me. This has been lasting more than a month now. Lenovo is not respecting the rights of UK customers. Stay away from this company.
Returned my product over a month ago
Returned my product over a month ago. Apparently the courier company have not yet confirmed the return to Lenovo. Very poor service. Customer services call handler was unhelpful. Regret buying from this company.
Will never be buying their product again.
Just don't...
Wrong product details listed on the website, took forever to get resolved with having a hard time even contacting the company in the first place.
I work nights so literally have no way of contacting the company at all without staying up "overnight" for something that should be quickly and easily solved over email.
Ended up with a return which was recorded delivered on the 18/12/2025 and it's now 06/01/2026 with zero updates or refunds, my emails to the company have been ignored in just going to assume I'll have to do a chargeback at this point...
I get it's a festive period but it's now been 8 working days and I haven't even had a "we are away/working on it" type email
Return is a nightmare! Poor Customer Service
Customer experience is non-existent with Lenovo. Their return process is a nightmare. How can a customer return a product and one month later, there is no email or acknowledgement from Lenovo of receiving the item? How is that even for customer service?
Each time I call, they keep giving me a different number of business days, yet nothing happens. It is totally ridiculous! I'll recommend not to purchase from them, especially online.
How is it that in this age of automation, they cannot automate something as simple as an email update to customers as their return makes its way through their endless loops and hoops? A simple scanning of the barcode when the said item arrives at the warehouse should trigger an email to the customer so they know where their item has gotten to. But with Lenovo, they just keep you in the dark, wondering what is going on with the item, and keeping your money hanging. It is totally unfair!!!
Cashback gone in the blink of an eye
I ordered a laptop on 27/12/25. The website clearly stated I could return my old computer for a £100 cashback. I did not apply for the cashback at the time because there were 30 days to apply and did not want to be without a laptop.
The laptop arrived 3 days later and a week later I tried to apply. The web-screen for my model had changed. I telephoned customer services. They could/would do nothing without a screenshot. I very clearly explained I could not provide a screenshot because they had changed the screen. The answer to this was 'They could/would do nothing without a screenshot'. After several goes around this loop I asked it I was talking to AI? She said not.
7 weeks so far waiting for a refund of…
7 weeks so far waiting for a refund of an item I sent back which was unopened and unused. They’ve acknowledged receipt of it. I have been told 6 times so far by various people on their chat that they have personally escalated my case to get my refund. Each time I’m asked to wait 3-5 days. No surprise after waiting I get no refund or email update.
If anyone’s after any product PLEASE do not order from Lenovo. The customer care is atrocious. My biggest mistake and something I’ve never experienced before.
Sub standard products, sub standard service
I can see from the ratings I should have avoided this Company like the plague
I purchased a Laptop in good faith, during the setup process the Computer failed, no power, I’m told by Lenovo it’s the motherboard and a new one is needed
As I bought this in the US my warranty isn’t valid and they will offer no goodwill or reduction in costs for repair or a new laptop
It failed at setup how can that be anyone’s fault other than Lenovo !!
Avoid at all costs
I bought a Lenovo laptop on the 13th…
I bought a Lenovo laptop on the 13th Nov last year from Amazon I wished I hadn't it's been nothing but problems it doesn't shut of I have to turn it off manually witch is annoying it also a problem doing anything online can't do daily normal things also when I looked at the warranty it runs out in June even though I bought it at Amazon in November which rediculous but when I try to find out online it won't do it so frustrating, today it just won't do anything I'm at my whits end.
