It was Confusing
It was Confusing - I ordered an item for click and collect never got an email that is ready to collect. I have to double check with customer centre to confirm that is ready to pick up.

I have shopped at Lenihans before and I find them very efficient and very fast to send on the items, i could not find fault with my most recent purchase, it was delivered in two to three days, very well packed and secured, the only thing that might be of help when liquids are been despatched is a THIS WAY UP sticker on the parcel, very happy with the service they provide.

Unfortunately I received the item days…
Unfortunately I received the item days after the suggested date. The response was that 'once the item is handed over to An Post it is no longer their fault!'
I had only purchased their items because of their insurance that any item ordered before a deadline that day would be delivered by An post the next day. This was not the case, and the items ordered arrived 2 days after they were required. If you offer a service to deliver something in a certain time frame and it doesn't arrive in the time frame suggested, please don't straight away blame someone else to cover up YOUR expectations of a delivery date which you CAN'T honour!
Your items were delivered late, and your only response was to blame someone else, no offer of any blame by yourselves, but blame to An post. Your items were very overpriced compared to other companies, but your delivery estimate was the reason I placed my order with you. You totally let me down, you instantly blamed someone else,and for that I am NEVER going to purchase anything else from your company in the future. EVER!

We do not offer a guaranteed next-day delivery service. Our delivery times are estimates, and while we expect most orders to arrive the following business day, occasional delays can occur.
As explained previously, our cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 3pm. Your order was placed at approximately 9pm on Wednesday, after this cut-off, so it was dispatched on the following business day. Your order was then delivered within 2 business days.
We appreciate that you may have expected your order sooner, but based on the time the order was placed and our stated delivery estimates, it was processed and delivered within our expected timeframe.
We’re sorry for any frustration or inconvenience caused.
