I recently purchased a watch from this seller via Instagram. After some delays and a lack of response to my messages, I became concerned, so I left a review here out of frustration, thinking I may have been scammed.

To the seller’s credit, after I posted the review, he did get back to me — and I did receive the watch. It arrived in good condition and matched the description, which I appreciate.

That said, the lack of communication throughout the process caused a lot of unnecessary stress. A simple update would’ve made a big difference. I hope the seller can be more transparent and responsive in the future!

Worst experience ever. No words to express my disbelief and disappointment. If you're curious, just try to look his "shop" up on google maps. Guess what, nothing to be found there

I purchased 2 watches in December 2024 from this Shop via Instagram on Le_Lancette_Del_Tempo
I received an official invoice as well as warranty letter and copy of his ID. The delivery was postponed several times. First tracking number was wrong, second was never picked up. I absolutely don't know if the watches ever existed. I asked for refund, but never received my money back until today! He never told me the reason of this massive delay. Everytime, he promised to transfer the money back, but failed to realise it. I am pushing and pushing, but nothing happens.
I am wondering how this kind of business is still working in an European Country!? As you can see clearly, I would never recommend to buy from this shop. It is sad to see that there are dishonest persons who call themselves watch dealer.
I want to receive my money back plus the promised discount!
