Cannot recommend enough, Zara Brown was the solictor that handled the case. From start to end - nothing was too much trouble, we were kept well informed the whole journey including when no movement due to other persons not responding.

This was a complicated case and so he process and options were explained to manage my expectations preparing me for challenges ahead and ensuring patience. This involved managing specialist medical experts reports, ambulance and medical records, official interview by a specialist, police records, CCTV footage, financial records amongst others.

Philip understood the case, demonstrated by the thorough reviews performed and requesting and receiving the required updates (in one instance this was not possible and simply beyond Philip's control but was self evident that the supplied report was inaccurate!) to accurately reflect the events and subsequent results to provide an excellent, accurate claim for compensation.

They do not act for the large corporations from whom they could demand much larger fees, but instead specialise in helping ordinary people fight for justice against those major institutions who would otherwise just walk all over us. Dan and Helena looked after us for the 3.5 years or so that it took us to pursue the negligence of the NHS and we cannot thank them enough! They are both amazing, incredible people and they blew us away with how genuine, caring and diligent they were throughout, always prepared to go the extra mile and exceeding our expectations at every turn. It was the most unfortunate circumstances that led us to Leigh Day, but nonetheless we feel lucky to have found them - the service they provided and the outcome they achieved was over and above anything we could ever have imagined, bringing us some badly needed validation and closure along the way. Dreadful new business offering. Phone up, convoluted voice options, through to reception, put through to new business team and it simply goes to a voicemail with a prolonged message and no gaurantee of when a call back will happen, if at all. Any law firm that puts up such a poor enquiry response and hurdles at new claim enquiry point will not be delivering anything better down the line.
