Years after years, parking is still crap. Too much waste of time. Have visited so many theme parks they prioritise children but was disappointed by staff’s lack of empathy.

Filled over capacity
We prebooked our tickets, knowing it would be busy as it was summer holidays however it appears legoland woll allow everyone in, it fills over capacity meaning long waits not only at the rides but for car parks aswell.
Cutting the amount of people entering the park would make the day much more enjoyable for others
The rides constantly broke down which…
The rides constantly broke down which was unacceptable and people entering the ride queue were not even notified about the issue. To get to all the rides it was long and tiring walks with people with push chairs not looking where they were going. The queue times were extremely long 40-80 mins. And one of the rides the ninjago shooter one I was sat on a seat which was out of order and my dads shooter failed to work properly.Food options were limited. And the ride quality for someone who enjoys thrills was not good enough .And the car parks needed to be bigger as it was rammed .
So overall a poor day out .
Max-aged 13
an absolute rip off
an absolute rip off - never again - so expensive asking for money at every corner . unless you are ready to spend £ 600 + on a day out - avoid !
Do Not Go! What a shambles
What a Joke! We went here on the 3rd. The place was packed! ques where 50+ mins per ride some was over and hour. We ended up spending a further £376 on Reserve and ride passes due to the feedback the office provided. What a waste. Still waiting over half hour for rides. We made a formal complaint and there excuse was it was busy? We spent over £500 for the day for 4 of us and it was just a total waste of money. I am taking this matter further - DO NOT BUY THE RESERVE AND RIDE PASSES Or choose another place to go all together.
*update*
Made a formal complaint for it to be brushed to the side, We will 100% not be coming back and currently taking the matter further.
I would never go back there
I would never go back there. The place itself is good, but the hotel stay was miserable.
Terrible and cheapens Lego brand
Terrible. 45-60 min queues. Park clearly oversubscribed - too may people, too few rides compounded by disorganised staff. Every ride had an enormous queue, so this isn't an issue of some rides being more popular than others - the issue was the amount of people in the park. YOU QUEUE FOR EVERYTHING... even to get into the gift shop. We totted up the total 1 day spend and got to around £200 for 2 adults and 1 3.5yr old (tickets, food, so called "fast passes", parking, drinks). The fast passes are joke - due to queue sizes everyone buys one so the fast pass queues are practically the same as the standard ones (admittedly, slightly shorter, but still 45 mins in one case). One couple exiting the Eqyptian indoor ride said "its not worth the wait" and looked thoroughly hacked off, which prompted a mass exodus of the queue. We stood in a 15 min queue for ice cream only to get to the front to see 2 staff looking confused at a tablet -after a further wait they declared it had broken and we'd need to get in the indoor ice cream queue... which was perhaps 30 people deep! We gave up. My daughter loves Duplo and we wanted to get her something special in the gift shop, but after a 20 min wait we just couldn't face Legoland anymore. We then spent 60 mins trying to leave the car park, only to get to the barrier and have to pay another £12 parking to leave the damn place. The park is really tired looking and needs reinvestment. The owner clearly value profit over customer experience which cheapens and damages the Lego brand. Such a disappointment. AVOID
Be prepared to queue
Be prepared to queue. I'm not talking about for rides! Queue to get in, then 2 out of 4 tickets wouldn't scan, were bought together so no idea why so I then was made to queue at the ticket office. To then be told its fine and had to rejoin the line to entry so another queue. We booked golf for 11.30, went to this which was really good, clean and not too busy. When we left we were told we couldn't re enter, even with stamps we had to queue again! so we had to join the queue for people to arriving which was around the corner. I understand the need for bag searches but there should have been a seperate entry point for those who have already been in and got a stamp. This took 15 mins to get back in. Don't waste money on the drinks cups to refill, waste of money. not as many filling stations and loads were out of order! take a water bottle there eater refill stations, take dilutey in a little bottle if you have to! Park eas busy but overall clean. Loads of parts didn't seem open despite height of summer holidays and a Saturday. On our way out we wanted to go to the gift shop but you guessed it...another queue just to enter! we were told this was approx 30 mins long then once gained entry had to queue for a till. Maybe another gift shop on exit? also it doesn't open until 10 and closes at 5 even peak season. compared to other attractions across the country this is poor opening times, especially given all the queues!
Kids enjoyed it but son with autism couldn't handle the queues, sometimes we were in it for a ride and then had to leave as he became overestimated. Aware can buy queue jumpers but hardly anyone did as these are so expensive on top of ticket prices. I got tickets afew weeks prior and there's now an offer for 2 attractions for the price of one. a little frustrating. we travelled 6 hours and had other things booked, wouldn't and couldn't have used the other attraction.
would I return? not sure for the price, mixed with opening times and the queue times...not sure its value for money at all.
Only time I’ve been mugged with out a gun
£68.00 pp to go in £12.50 for one hotdog £3.50 can of cola £12.00 to park so a family of 4 is a minimum £348.00 not including fast pass and if you are lucky enough with between 40 And 70 minutes queueing you may get 5 rides in making it £16.00 a ride
Over priced, queues for days.
Over priced, over sold, no ride time just queuing. Excited to take my little boy today. Never again the place was ramo got on 4 ride even though we were there for 10 am and left at 5pm ! Queue’s go on longer then time stated, waiting over hour and half for a 35min queue. The priority queue shouldn’t even be a thing how awful for kids that have queued for so long. even my 6 yr old said some of the much cheaper play parks were better then legoland! Disgraceful. Highly priced if you want to buy a drink a photo of your kid. If you do driving school driving licence, they charge a fortune for you to get the licence leaving my child distraught because I wouldn’t pay price of the licence which was astronomical It’s not fair on kids excited for day out to be so let down Stop over booking
Lower prices
More reasonable queue times
Will be telling people not to bother there are better days out where kids get to actually enjoy themselves and not queue all day, I won’t be back, not even my kid wants to go back that says a lot.
2 days at LEGOLAND
Me and my whole spent two night at LEGOLAND, and enjoyed every single minute. Staff were amazing.
The only down side is no Halal food, maybe this can be brought to attention. There should be more options available, What I did notice a lot of people brought there own home made lunches.
I would come again
Riddled with flaws
I don’t often write a review but we visited yesterday and the whole day was a let day. Number one, what theme in the world only opens for 7 hours during peak season. The short opening times and long ques meant we did 4 rides in 7 hours!!! Absolute joke. I wanted to pay for a fast pass for a couple of extra rides but they were not given as an option!! 2 rides we got to the front and both broke down and we were told to leave!!! We came back later and asked if we could join the fast pass line but of course “computer says no” was the reaction! The staff have no energy to get people on and off the rides to try and speed things up! I spoke to a number of people and all had the same experience. 1 even had fast pass and did the same number of rides as us, be warned fast pass is not what you think it is, read the T&C’s. All in all I will not be coming back! Save your money or go when your school has a random day off so will be empty
Go to other theme parks this is not the one
We had a ride pass and still only one member of our party of 4 got on 6 rides all day at most. With the rest of us between 2-3, only 2 rides all together as a family which really is not on for a family day out! Our pram was constantly shoved into walked into cut across, it was utter chaos here today and it stinks of money grabbing the amount of people here all complaining to left for a terrible atmosphere as well. We started queuing for one ride after 15 mins told closed everyone leave immediately, so we decided to give up after our oldest girl only doing 4 rides at this point and just go to the splash park/play park and let them enjoy something. Get to the splash park that’s also closed now due to low chlorine levels they hope to reopen this is 4 o clock and it closes at 5. It’s so much walking between things and limited signage of what’s around you. I appreciate its summer holidays however we have done chessingtons, Disneyland Paris all in summer holidays and done so much more than today. This is our second go at this, last year we come in summer holidays it was still busy but we got on more without a ride pass! That is concerning and it does not store confidence for any future visits from us.
I would have told someone there as in staff but you had no chance of seeing a single staff member who wasn’t just rushing you on and off a ride.
Overpriced and badly organised
Overpriced and badly organised. Chaos going in, people coming from all directions getting frustrated with each other. Security were rude when checking bags. Our children went on 2 rides all day due to the long queue times. Waiting was made worse by the priority queues, if you pay double the ticket price you can go on the ride quicker. What does that teach children? That you have to have money. Legoland has created a demand that should not exist. We even had to queue for the shop. Tickets are over priced, no organisation, food is extortionate. £26 for a burger. We won’t be going back again.

5 hrs here and so far have managed TWO rides. Nothing else to add.
Very badly organised
Very badly organised, long walks just to get to rides that you cannot even see, with very long waiting times, avg of 40 mins, up to 70. But what makes it 10x worse is the priority/reserved lanes which are not calculated into the waiting times and are shoved in front. Great model, showing children that those with money will be favoured. Never again.
Went on the haunted house thinking it…
Went on the haunted house thinking it was just a walk through scary house, by the time I realised it was an actual ride my partner put his hand up to get me off because I am pregnant, the member of staff went to step in the room to help but the door shut and she did nothing about it. Didn't even ask what was wrong at the end. Luckily the baby is okay, and luckily there wasn't a medical emergency because the staff member was unhelpful
Atrocious customer service
First ride went wrong, we were stuck in the air for 2 hours, second ride we queued for and then we were evacuated after getting on, third ride, we queued for and went wrong, and was evacuated.
This was a 'treat' for my sons birthday...
If we were refunded, it would still have been a complete waste of time and money, but we were given £40 to spend in the shop and free entry another day. Why would we want to return? Compensation for the day is a complete joke. Customer service was a complete waste of time. If you enjoy being ripped off for flat warm drinks + enjoy being stung by the management and wasps, then Legoland Windsor is a must.
Every year is worse than the last
Every year is worse than the last
We’ve been visiting Legoland Windsor annually, and unfortunately, every year it gets worse. It’s hard to understand how health authorities haven’t shut the place down — the food is genuinely awful and ridiculously overpriced. You’re paying premium prices for what tastes like leftover school dinners.
The waiting times are absurd and only getting worse. They’ve shut down many rides over the years without replacing them, yet they keep letting more and more people in. Today, at least seven attractions were out of service, and we were still charged full price — as if everything was operating normally.
To make matters worse, it’s summer and they now close at 5pm. Even though the park opens at 10:30, we spent at least until 12:00 just sorting out issues — from Ride Access Pass confusion to entrance queues and tech delays. After all that, we only managed to go on two attractions the entire day, even with the access card.
The Ride Access system is a joke. Half the rides show up as fully booked when you try to reserve, so you’re basically stuck waiting like everyone else. It’s not inclusive, it’s broken.
This has been our worst experience ever at Legoland Windsor. The place is poorly managed, overpriced, and deteriorating year after year. Hugely disappointing — we won’t be coming back.
Do not visit Legoland
We took our 6 year old grandson. The rides were limited, the queues badly managed and the costs exorbitant. We found the park badly organised in terms of the rides, the signage and the general demeanour of the staff (probably not their fault). To charge £7.00 for an ice cream and £9.00 for a hot dog seemed exorbitant to us. We have been to Park Asterix, EuroDisney and Futuroscope and found them to be both better organised and better value. How cynical and spiteful to charge families so much to go to Legoland. We even paid more for Priority Parking and weren't able to access it. Queues were so badly managed, with people pretending to have paid extra on their phones but just queue jumping. Shows weren't running even though it was school holidays. We would NEVER visit this theme park again.
Where do I start.
Where do I start.
95% of your time will be stood still in a queue to go on a 2min ride.
Rides are very small and not much fun.
£12 parking cost is disgusting.
Disabled? Well lego land don't care not saving for parking cost and want a wheel chair? They will want more money off you again.
£3.50 for a small bottle of coke from a vending machine.
If you love the sound of constant aeroplane whizzing past you will love lego land.
Lego kits cost so much more than anywhere else which baffles me how direct from lego they are more yet smyths can sell them considerably cheaper.
Love feeling like your not important? Well people with fast passes will make you feel that way as they pay to push in.
The whole place is underwhelming and just a cash grab. I would give this place a miss.
