I accidentally ordered my T-shirts in the wrong size and contacted Legend London immediately afterwards.

Mubashir got back to me straight away and managed to update the sizes before my order was processed, saving me the hassle of having to return and exchange them when they arrived.

Really impressed with how quickly he sorted everything. Thanks again, Mubashir. Excellent service!

They charged me £4 for delivery and jeans look nothing like the images on website. Then it's a further £6 to return jeans. £10 wasted on awful quality jeans that look nothing like as advertised. Will be reporting to trading standards for them to investigate.

Was a loyal customer but not I have seen how badly they treat customers I will not be purchasing from Legend London ever again. They are con artists. But from this scam outfit at your own risk !!!

I had a bit of a problem at first with return but i spoke to a lovely person called SEEMI from customer service and he finally sorted everything out for me and he made me an happy customer in the end so thankyou again.

There was an issue with an order being sent to an old address, which was an admin error on my part. I received a refund and placed another order for the same shoes.

However, both pairs ended up arriving at my doorstep! I contacted the Legend London team to explain the situation, and Seemi handled everything quickly and efficiently.

She was incredibly supportive and understanding about the mix-up, guiding me through the process of returning one pair without wasting any additional time or money.

Seemi really went above and beyond to make sure the customer experience wasn’t affected. She was friendly, approachable and genuinely easy to deal with. If Seemi is handling your enquiry, you can rest assured you’re in good hands.

Waqar was first class. Sorted me out immediately with my minor issue!

Bought 3 Luxe Mercerised T-Shirts and I wish I had listened to the reviews. 1) the sizing is completely off. All 3 says Large on them, but one is easily a small. Can't get it on. The other 2 are also too small. 2) The quality is not good, loose threads and the tags are poorly attached. 3) nothing about them feel premium, except for the price.

Amazing experience and amazing quality jeans and t shirts.

So I had an issue. When I ordered it set the delivery method back to standard. I needed next day delivery as I had a special day planned and these clothes were brought for that.

So I contacted the guys at Legend London and spoke to a person called Lei. They immediately got to work to change my delivery method so I get my parcel next day.

This was the first email I got in the morning which shows me they got straight into it.

I loved the material when arrived I just wish the delivery time was abit quicker! Took to long to come

They advertise nearly all products as “discounted” or on sale etc. They will then send you some of the lowest quality products you will ever see, and then when you ask for a refund they say they can’t because it’s part of their sale. Please AVOID THIS COMPANY and do not get scammed like I did.

Exceptional customer service from somebody called Waqar, had an unfortunate issue with my order which they very quickly resolved for me.

If you have an issue with your order ensure you request to speak to Waqar.

I ordered Coast T-shirt that was described on website as 100% cotton. When I received it material looked so cheap so I checked labele and saw 55% cotton and 45% polyester.
So with delivery cost I paid cheap polyester shirt about 60€ :(

Update:
I was contacted from Waqar from the Customer Happiness team and he told me I can get a complete refund and that I can return without cost.
