Simple et efficace on est tenu à distance des démarches administratives c’est parfait

I'm using Legalstart's Comptastart software. A while ago they managed to help me with regaining access to my account but a month later I can't log in again. It doesn't even recognize my user name. As always, no one speaks English and no one responds to emails. In their call centre, they are rude and promise a call-back from someone who can help - no one ever calls back.

wanted to open a company, sent them multiple emails, called and still no answer. It has been over a month now.

Debited me 274€ without my consent, didn't use their service and they are not responding to my reimbursement requests

Legalstart was a lifeline in a long journey to close an SCI. Very helpful when it seemed very difficult to us to understand ALL the requirements. We thought that Manu was wonderful and patiently guided us through the difficult parts.

Legalstart took 360 EUR unauthorized charges from my bank account. Now when I read other reviews, it seems to be their solid business tactic.
Be aware that YOU CAN NOT remove your credit card information from their database yourself!
I ordered only one service: the change in the address of my company. On top of that bill, they added unauthorized monthly services (38 EUR) and charged it every month from January to September, when I finally noticed it. Before they spoke some English, but now they "don't speak any English at all". Finally, after several messages, they quit the "subscription" but not returning 360 EUR. They seem not even understand the whole problem and every email takes around 6-9 days to answer. Before you give them your money, they reply in a day.

Last year, when I founded my company with them, they charged for little random things making them appear free, but just after you paid, you'll have the receipt, and you'll find out that you paid for some nonsense (50-150 EUR avoidable expenses if your bill exceeds 600 EUR).

Also, if you come outside of France, 48H "speed service" (100 EUR) does not mean you have your company at that time. It still takes around 1.5-2.5 months. Do not pay it. It's just another trick.

Be very careful, if you decide to order anything from here, don't be as naïve as me, that you step twice in the same ****, instead, save some money for wine and cakes!

EDIT 13.11.2019: I told them (by email) that they probably know what they have to do, and I am ready to apologise if they can present me the signed contract, which states that I ordered a monthly subscription. I haven't seen the contract either money.
Let's say that you draw money illegally from someone's account; what would you do when it comes out? Try to return it upon the first request or ignoring the subject until they write a bad review and then try to call them, to express your good intentions? I don't know, but I guess the idea of the call is to make a deal (remove the review) so that I can have my money back.

Terrible service. I'm even wondering if anyone works in this company. They promise you all upfront, once you buy none answers. To calls forget it. To email take your time, sit back and in a couple of days if you are lucky an answer will reply. Absolutely useless if you are trying to set up a company fast.
