Scammed?
Paid for return of my and my parents will last May. Still not received and as others have reported no response from telephone calls or emails. Seeking advise on how to take this further.

Very poor service, I paid for my documents to be returned around 3 months ago and still not received them. It feels like I have been scammed.

"Exercise extreme caution!"
LSG were ceasing their storage of my documents.
I chose to have mine sent by post; and gave instructions AND PAYMENT on 23rd August, 2023...
...I am still waiting!
Also; I have no idea if my documents still exist or not.
Emails of concern were initially replied to; but without specific information or likely completion date.
More recent emails asking for reply from managers, have gone unanswered. Also; emails directly to company; including formal complaint; have not even been acknowledged.
Service paid for, some 4 months ago, but not delivered...existence of documents in doubt...
...customer service shocking.
Future clients beware.
