Stay away from these liars they push to…

Stay away from these liars they push to put more money and at the end you lose the whole thing by following the senior manager who has more than 20 years of experience in my case his name was Jayden Hill who was bragging he knows a lot about but at the same time he's not responsible if it goes wrong. And if you go to their website it doesn't work I get the following error " not found HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found". I traded with them back in 2021- 2022

I reached out to their support team because my deposit wasn’t showing up. At first, they were responsive, reassuring me it was a technical issue. Days turned into weeks, and suddenly, they stopped replying. Then I discovered I have been scammed. They keep taking deposits but never let you withdraw, the name on my display picture was helpful in recovering my funds.

Avoid LegacyFX Due to Misleading…

Avoid LegacyFX Due to Misleading Account Management

In my experience with LegacyFX, the account managers provided consistently poor trading advice. This raises serious concerns about the platform's overall trustworthiness.

Here are specific red flags I encountered:

Uninformed Recommendations: Account managers often pushed trades with high spreads, which significantly impacted profitability. These high spreads, crucial information for any trade, were not always clearly communicated.
Focus on Increased Deposits: After experiencing losses due to the high-spread trades, the account managers seemed more interested in encouraging further deposits rather than helping recover previous losses.
These practices suggest that the account managers of LegacyFX prioritize generating commissions over client success.

Get another broker

I traded for 3 years with four different account managers at Legacy Fx. They sent me so called signals…
And recommended me to trade without stop loss…you can really trust these people…

I took a trading course that taught me the opposite to what Legacy Fx told me!
Now I’m trading with an other broker that don’t try to push me to deposit more money every day. So now I’m finally doing good profits.

An instructive and expensive experience

I joined LegacyFX about 3 years ago in search of big and fast money. Young and naive as I was or still am, I left 21'000 EUR on my account and lost everything, down to the last cent. I learned that, as with all good things in life, if trading is going to make you rich, it takes time. There is also the factor that 99% of the competition is better at trading than you and the people at LegacyFX. For someone to make money in trading, someone else has to lose the money. The EUR 21,000 that I have lost has now gone to someone else and part of it to the account managers at LegacyFX.

But let’s talk about the company and its employees. A big plus is the wide range of training opportunities and material. The platform offers all the necessary insights and information for the trader. One star for that. But now I would like to say a few words about my experiences.

LegacyFX has astronomically high spreads. An inexperienced trader naturally has no idea of the hidden costs involved. For the inexperienced - a high spread means that the actual price at the time of your purchase is much higher. So, for your trade to turn profitable, the price must go even higher. The spreads are among the highest in the industry. The more you deposit, the higher you go in the account system/tier. With 50'000 EUR you get into the highest category and "benefit" from lower spreads, which are still gigantic compared to the competition. At one point they changed brokers, for anyone with open positions they were deducting a DAILY cost of 5 EUR and I have just recently found out that this is increasing to 25 EUR per day as the broker is now no longer supported (depending on the lot size). They are squeezing every last bit out of open positions.

The account managers, as they call themselves, receive their commission on open positions. It is therefore in their interest to open as many trades as possible and with the largest possible lots. In my time I have had 4 different account managers. I can imagine only too well how they are trained to do this, as I endured the same indecent behavior from all 4 of them. I would describe the account managers as arrogant, indecent, manipulative and money-grabbing. There is only courtesy if you promise another deposit or inquire about it. They repeatedly mention how important it is to deposit a large capital in order to have more margin and security. As they receive their commission from trades opened, they repeatedly use important economic reports as a one-off investment opportunity to ultimately encourage the trader to make more trades. I have participated in this a few times because it sounds plausible and correct in theory. Only this information is not based on actual knowledge, but on purely theoretical possibility. These account managers are not studied brokers. It was the same pattern for all 4 of these account managers. They constantly instigate trades, manipulative and tireless. To give an example, an account manager told me very euphorically that NGAS fell to an all-time low and is suppressed due to the war in Ukraine. As soon as the deep winter comes and the war is over, NGAS will rise again - that was at the end of November 2022. His forecast was that the price will rise again at the end of February 2023. You can find out where the price is today… (December 2023).

They hold up the "LegacyFX Risk Disclosure Agreement" as a shield in front of them after every message. Even after I asked them not to write this after every message, they haven't stopped. In my opinion, they do it so persistently because they know they operate in a gray area. I have often thought of taking legal action as these actions by the account managers are very likely illegal. My lawyer advised me not to, as I would only be spending more money and wouldn't be able to do much against an established company. What I can do, however, is warn you, dear reader. Fast money, big money, with little effort sounds very tempting. But the truth is much harsher. If you want to know more, you can write me a message. I have proof and evidence of everything said.

I can say nothing about the higher authority of the company and would like to emphasize that most of this feedback is directed at the account manager representatives. Nonetheless, this behavior is condoned from higher authority, which makes the entire company partly responsible for it.

I would like to mention one very clear difference: LegacyFX is NOT a scam. They process requests very quickly and seriously. The customer support is always friendly and, well, more or less helpful. As I said, the website is clear, the account system is reliable. The philosophy of this company, in my opinion, lies solely in profit, which they sensationally achieve by making empty promises to naive and inexperienced traders.

Thank you.

Utter disappointment

I have been with Legacy Fx for over 3 years, and I can tell with certainty now that their account manager will advise you to enter deals that are suicidal and later they will just blame you, I have been with three different managers, all the same, and last one is worse who successfully sent signals for my account murder. One should enter the deals on their own knowledge as if lost one can blame oneself, otherwise, the manager will tell you off even if he had advised the trade.
I can share ludicrously crappy signals sent to me by the last manager for confirmation.

Reply to Response:
Although it is the corporate drafted reply which is just for good purposes. I can share with you the whole string of chats and the signals and advice to enter into trade and to persuade you to deposit money as boiler room selling way. It is very easy to track me from your record and contact me for good samaritan purpose if you think.
Regards

Hello,

Thank You for Your feedback! We appreciate and take into consideration everything that reaches us. We believe that what You have shared is serious, and would like to address it, be it briefly, with this response.

A main objective of our company is to teach our clients the fundamentals of trading so they could become educated independent traders on their own. Our account managers provide our clients with a vast array of resources, amongst which are third-party source analysis and educational materials. We believe that everyone who gets involved in trading on the financial markets is aware that the environment is highly unpredictable and volatile. Unfortunately, this may lead to losses, some of which can be quite difficult to handle.

Once again, we are sorry to hear about your experience and we would like to ensure You that Your review is noted. We encourage You to contact us for further assistance and information if such is needed.

Scammers and fraudsters- with references

Been using Legacyfx for trading for a number of years. Initially thought they were a professional company. However they are full of frauds and scammers, offering instruments not allowed in the UK. They change their rules for positions already open. This has caused me to take a large loss as I either have to close the trades or pay their daily charge. I was in slight drawdown on the account so had to lose either way. Scammers and fraudsters. Lets hope Trustpilot keeps the review as negative reviews are usually taken down by Trustpilot - Together Energy and My Intensive reviews were 'disappeared' leaving the public at further risk.

They aren't regulated in the UK and the FCA and Actionfraud are interested in contact with anyone who has more information.

In addition to their response, the losses were due to an addition of an overnight fee that affected positions already open; as well as increase slippages when the prices don't go their way. This has nothing to do with the highly volatile markets as they are suggesting. The Financial Ombudsman, Financial Conduct Authority and Action Fraud are interested as LegacyFX are not able to follow the rules in the countries that are offering their products. Hence why their registration with the FCA has been cancelled - they were registered when I signed up but have cancelled since. Just because they are registered in your country doesn't mean they will continue to be- once they have your funds they will change their rules to get their dirty paws on your pennies. Please get in touch if you would like more information. I will shortly be putting a YouTube video together to outline their illegal activities.

Update 19/11/23
It turns out that I didn't need to put together a video.
There is already one on youtube from the GLOBAL FRAUD PROTECTION TEAM. Unfortunately there is no way to be able to add a link to a review, however if you google the above, they have a scam warning for Legacy FX

The UK FCA also have a warning, please Google "legacyfx uk FCA" for their warning. Again - I am unable to provide the direct link for this.

Absolutely bad broker. Don't register there. they just want your money. The Withdraw feature is a scam. The options you have there don't work. and if you insist on your money, they send it to an obscure place in China without asking. I can't understand why they have certification at all.

Dear Viroshana sandaruwan,

We are grateful for Your feedback and for trusting LegacyFx! Our mission has always been to support, guide, and educate our clients in the art of trading. Thus, we have removed the Telegram channels.
In our many years of working with beginner and more advanced traders we came to the realization that the Telegram groups we used to provide as a service were not beneficial as clients were placing positions blindly without understanding the logic behind the numbers. We decided to focus on a service tailored towards trading education. We believe that all our clients would benefit most from learning to analyze the markets on their own. We will always be available to help You though the learning curve of becoming a successful and independent trader.

If You have any additional questions, You can always contact our Support Department at support@legacyfx.com.
