Not the greatest Customer Support
After a considerable delay to validate my ID, I finally managed to get back my money pot.
The overall experience wasn't great as I had to write 3 times on the website for support, and only when I wrote a public complaint on both Facebook and TrustPilot, Leetchi took real action to solve my issue.

My contribution, although debited from my bank account didn't appear onto the money pot I organised.
I have been in contact with Aurelia (via Email) and Alice (on Trust Pilot), somehow they both became silent after asking me my bank details to show the amount had been debited from my account.
PLEASE ANSWER ME ASAP. this is sooo time consuming

Based on the reviews below seems that this money is lost.
