I recently ordered replacement parts from you, and I wanted to compliment you on your online shopping system. It was easy to navigate and use, and I loved the Revolut integration which made the checkout process seamless.

I'd also like to recognise your choice of delivery service. They provided excellent delivery information and updates, and the item was delivered promptly and in good condition.

Recommended by a friend. Lots of useful information on their website and very helpful staff available. Ordered what I needed and it was delivered the very next day. Would highly recommend.

I was given the name of this company while i looking for a spare part for the marine toilet on my boat.
LeeSan had the spare in stock at £20 less than any competition and it was delivered next day!

Ordered a 12volt pump out kit the pump wasn't fitted to the baseboard I assumed that was for me to put it together( no instructions) which I thought was strange,it's supposed to be sent out complete.the holes on the pump measured 90mm centres 95mm on the baseboard diagonals 125 on pump 135 on baseboard sent it back it's been returned to although delivered to the wrong address only 80 miles out, the pump has been fitted but it's not correct due to the position of the holes. Very poor for the money.i could supply photos if this site would let me

I would not order there again. Wrong item sent out, delivery not reliable, full experience throughout the process disappointing, staff apologetics but not helpful/ constructive.

This company has good and wide-ranging products but their service is abysmal.
I ordered a part from then on Thursday afternoon - too late for that day's post. I therefore paid £17 + VAT for guaranteed delivery by midday on the Saturday because it was urgent : the part didn't arrive.
On contacting them on Monday morning, a member of staff assured me that the part had been despatched and that he would check on its whereabouts. I then received an email from the courier advising me that they had received the part that morning ( ie. Monday ) for express delivery. Eventually Leesan admitted that they had failed to despatch the part when promised. Having been without a toilet for 4 days, I would have liked some sort of compensation but none was forthcoming.
I definitely wouldn't use this company again - staff don't seem to be bothered about looking after their customers : really slap-dash approach.
