Disappointed customer

Unfortunately after 6 weeks I still haven’t received my full order. I order 2 pairs of shoes (all labelled in stock) and a ps5, again “in stock”. They waited until the last possible working day written on their website before they sent one pair of shoes, which was like 3 weeks after purchase date. Happy with those so I gave this 1 star.

But the ps5 was made a shipping label 3 weeks ago but that’s it. Probably to satisfy their claim to have it processed in that time despite not having the ps5 in stock. They kept emailing me saying “soon”, then they said it WOULD finally be shipped last week (it was not), and now back to saying “soon”. Based on some reviews here it seems some people have order after me and reviewed theirs already.

The other shoes, no update. Just a run around saying it’s being sent from interstate (6 weeks so far… seems excessive). They were misleading with the “in stock” advertisement. To their credit, sort of, they do respond within a working day to emails, but it’s vague responses and no real resolution to the customer.

I asked about their refund policy when no items have even been sent way after their promise to send timeframe and they straight up ignored that portion of my email. Bad business practice. I will give them a little more time before escalating with fair trading and the financial company I ordered through about a refund.

To add salt to the wound here they have an automated email that keeps asking me to review my order… that I haven’t received.

Hoping to receive my items very soon and put this all behind me. I will amend my review if/when I receive my items.

Update: it’s now June 3 and contact has stopped from Leerdo. Purchase date was 17 March. They never called despite asking for my number and they won’t respond to emails any more. Fair trading will be contacted now as I gave them warning and they didn’t respond, and Humm has flagged them as well. Don’t waste your time.

Update: June 6. Humm is launching an investigation. ACCC has been contacted and so has fair trading. I will update accordingly.

UPDATE: June 21, 2022. Completely ignored. Humm is now being ignored in their investigation as well. Small claims tribunal is out next step this week as we gave one final notice to respond by today.

Also: notice how all the “good” reviews claiming good service and fast shipping are not in Australia. They’re faking and buying fake reviews. 99% of the Aussie consumers have the same complaint and are being scammed. Very sad.

PS5 eventually received

(updated review after receiving PS5): After waiting 6 weeks for my PS5 (which had been advertised as in stock) and a number of emails to chase them up (which didn't get responded to), I then had to start quoting consumer law at them which seemed to get me somewhere: I got excellent customer service from then on, including a phone call to apologise and let me know the order was on its way. I then received the PS5 within 2 days delivered by express post.

Do not purchase anything from here, this place is an absolute joke!
I ordered a PS5, I tried contacting them multiple times they kept dodging me and coming up with excuses, it got to the point where I had to threaten them with the ACCC and consumer Affairs just to be able to talk to them finally got my PS5 more than a month later, there more than happy to take your money but when it comes to giving you the purchased product they don't give a crap, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere, will be taking my case further with consumer affairs.

MAJOR BUYER BEWARE!! misleading conduct regarding items in stock/ETAs

Ordered Playstation 5 (DISC-AU Version) 4th March 2022 based on In Stock on website and a promised 2-3 weeks ETA for delivery (Order 9096) which I confirmed by chat before ordering, despite MANY follow up emails the item is still NOT EVEN DISPATCHED almost 6 weeks later. Short email replies received providing no information as to what is happening. A tracking link provided shows nothing has been sent. I even offered to book a con note for collection- but you guessed it, they dont allow collection either. This company is operating in a way that is highly MISLEADING and will happy take your money and send you NOTHING.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE- BUYER BEWARE

Shoes last year

Bought a present for a friend bday last year, now I'm embarrassed to give it, cause it's so delayed. They sold a product that they didn't even have in stock, didn't even warn me that they had to search for it.

Ordered a PS5 over 5 weeks ago

Ordered a PS5 over 5 weeks ago. Website and subsequent email informed me that my order would be dispatched in 10 working days. 5 weeks later it has still not been dispatched. I have emailed them 3 times in the past week and have received no reply. They clearly do not have stock, but are taking people's money regardless. Luckily for me I purchased through PayPal so they won't get away with stealing my money. Stay away from this website folks. Worst online shopping experience ever. ORDER #8967

TERRIBLE!!

I placed an order with Leerdo on the 27/12/21 - ORDER #8118. It is now the 12/03/22 and I still have not recieved my package. It has not even been sent yet. I have checked and there has been a total of 23 emails sent back and forth only for them to either say "We will check with the shipment team" or "We apologize for the delay, we have been experiencing a number of delays due to covid and the floods". Unfortunately that's not good enough. This takes the cake for the worst online experience I have ever had. Over 2 months of waiting and nothing? Come on guys!

I tried asking for a refund once, only for them to quickly reply "We do not offer refunds on any of our products as stated in the product description". What's funny is that also, on their product description it says "Ships within 7-10 business days"... Well guess what, over 2 months and I haven't received the package. So if you can't offer a refund at least send the package within the time frame you guys promise or update it to "ships within 3 months" and stop messing people around.

I have not given up, I am persistent with this. I spent a lot of money on this order. Believe me when I say, that I hope I do recieve my package one day and that will be my first and last time I ever purchase anything from Leerdo.

Where is order 8670

Where is order 8670? Still no tracking information or update of when i'm getting my shoes. I didn't want to write another review but its almost a month now. I saw another review say they were told they got given the wrong size and then kept saying they would check with shipping team. That was the exact same thing they told me. I find it hard to believe you get sent the wrong size for a handful of your orders. Surely you can't stuff that up that many times. I normally wouldn't come to this but with all the other reviews experiencing the same thing it makes me have no faith on seeing my shoes. So i'll will continue to write reviews until i see the shoes at my door. I will also dispute it with humm.

I ordered an Xbox Halo edition on Leerdo in Early February and it arrived 3 days ago. I would have written this review earlier but I been too busy playing my Xbox lol.

The product came exactly as described and I’m very satisfied with this. I contacted Francesca from their support team a couple of times in regards to my order and she was very helpful.

First Jordan Purchase, Not my last from leerdo

I got the ‘Pollen Jordan 1 high’ from Leerdo and I’m loving them. They helped me with sizing instore and I was contemplating ordering them for a long time and then I just decided to do it.

I’ve been wearing them every single day and have gotten endless amounts of compliments which is always nice.

Shipment was incredibly speedy and only took 5 business days to come in.

These guys are seriously lying rip…

These guys are seriously lying rip offs. I’ve had nothing but issues with trying to receive my order! Have been sent fake shipping details with tracking codes to only find out apparently they had the wrong size to send me so they had to outsource the shoe which was ment to be in their possession already, so a week an a half later I try get an update on when my shoe is gonna be sent to constantly receive the same copy an paste email 2 days in a row “we’ll check with the shipping team tomorrow in business hours an get back to you” I’ve recieved this email about 8 times throughout this whole process. Do yourself a favour an don’t buy from these clowns as I am now being ignored I’m going to be in contact with ACCC Monday morning

ripped off

Purchased playstation 5 with extra controller package and extra controller did not arrive.
Leerdo ignored my requests for the product to be urgently sent or provide a refund .
Leerdo expressed delivered item well after christmas and only after i put a claim into Pay pal.
Appalling customer service.
